There are about 11304 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Denmark. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of the study is to compare the efficacy of brigatinib to that of crizotinib in ALK+ locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) participants naive to ALK inhibitors, as evidenced by progression-free survival (PFS).
Primary Objective: To compare the efficacy of a new formulation of insulin glargine (HOE901-U300) to Lantus in terms of change of HbA1c from baseline to endpoint (month 6) in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus. . Secondary Objectives: To compare HOE901-U300 and Lantus in terms of: - Percentage of participants reaching target HbA1c and fasting plasma glucose (FPG). - To assess the safety of HOE901-U300 including analysis of events of hypoglycemia, events of hyperglycemia with ketosis, and development of anti-insulin-antibodies.
The aim of this study was to evaluate collagen turnover in patients with multiple hernias
To evaluate the significance of free-plasma deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and plasma histones in cardiac arrest patients.
The purpose of our study is to establish whether domiciliary use of the Airvo warm passover humidifier can reduce the number of exacerbations in patients with respiratory insufficiency. Participants must have a diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and be in long term oxygen therapy (LTOT). The following questions will be investigated: Do outpatients receiving long term oxygen therapy benefit if this is delivered through an Airvo humidification system. The proposed benefits under investigation are: 1. a reduction in the number of exacerbations and thus hospital admissions? 2. an increase in quality of life (QOL)? 3. an improved lung function and thus increased physical activity?
This randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled phase 2 trial is evaluating superiority of Letrozole-palbociclib combination versus letrozole-placebo combination in ER positive endometrioid adenocarcinoma of endometrium
This study will evaluate the role of addition of an anti-angiogenic agent (Nintedanib/placebo) to conventional combination chemotherapy as concomitant and maintenance treatment in primary advanced or with first relapse of endometrial cancer.
The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility and efficacy of computerized cognitive exercises from Scientific Brain Training (SBT), compared to the computer game Tetris as an active placebo, in a pilot study of adolescents with Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of several combination therapies for Multiple Myeloma. Upon entry into the study, patients will be randomized (assigned by chance) to receive either: Group 1: nivolumab, pomalidomide and dexamethasone OR Group 2: pomalidomide and dexamethasone OR Group 3: nivolumab, elotuzumab, pomalidomide and dexamethasone. Enrollment is closed for all groups.
