NCT ID: NCT01880437 Terminated - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes, Myelogenous Leukemia, Acute

A Study of Vismodegib in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Acute Myelogenous Leukemia and Relapsed Refractory High-Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome

Start date: September 2013
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study will assess the safety and efficacy of vismodegib in patients with relapsed/refractory acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and relapsed/refractory high-risk myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Patients in Cohort 1 will receive single-agent vismodegib 150 mg orally daily. In Cohort 2, patients will receive vismodegib 150 mg orally daily in combination with cytarabine 20 mg subcutaneously for 10 days. Anticipated time on study treatment is until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, or patient withdrawal of consent.

NCT ID: NCT01870726 Terminated - Clinical trials for c-MET Inhibitor; PI3K Inhibitor, PTEN Mutations, Homozygous Del. of PTEN or PTEN Neg. by IHC, c-Met Ampli. by FISH, INC280, BKM120, Buparlisib; Recurrent GBM

Safety and Efficacy of INC280 and Buparlisib (BKM120) in Patients With Recurrent Glioblastoma

Start date: January 9, 2014
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study assessed the safety and the dose of the combination of INC280 and buparlisib (BKM120), as well as the anti-tumor activity of the combination, in patients with recurrent glioblastoma with PTEN mutations, homozygous deletion of PTEN or PTEN negative by IHC. In addition, the anti-tumor activity of INC280 single agent should have been assessed in patients with recurrent glioblastoma with c-Met alteration.

NCT ID: NCT01870687 Terminated - Clinical trials for Premenstrual Syndrome

Efficacy and Safety of 20 mg (2 Tablets of 10mg)VAC BNO 1095 FCT on Cyclic Mastodynia and PMS

Start date: June 2013
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to proof the efficacy and safety of 20 mg (2 tablets of 10 mg) VAC BNO 1095 film-coated tablets in patients suffering from cyclic mastodynia and PMS (pre menstrual syndrome).

NCT ID: NCT01869738 Terminated - Clinical trials for ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction

MGuard™ Prime Stent System Clinical Trial in Patients With Acute ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction

MASTER-II
Start date: June 2013
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the MGuard™ Prime stent in the treatment of blocked arteries in coronary arteries in patients undergoing a stenting procedure due to having a heart attack. The MGuard Prime stent wil be compared to other FDA approved bare-metal (BMS) or drug-eluting (DES) coronary stents. The hypotheses are that (1) the MGuard Prime stent will achieve a higher rate of complete ST-segment resolution as seen on the post-procedure ECG as compared to the comparator stent, and will have a similar effect on the rate of all-cause death or recurrent target vessel myocardial infarction at 365 days post-procedure.

NCT ID: NCT01866930 Terminated - Clinical trials for Chronic Hepatitis C Infection

Efficacy and Safety Study of Pegylated Interferon Lambda-1a With Ribavirin and Daclatasvir, to Treat naïve Subjects With Chronic HCV Genotypes 1, 2, 3, and 4 Who Are Co-infected With HIV

DIMENSION
Start date: July 11, 2013
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate Sustained Virologic Response at post treatment Week 12 (SVR12)following treatment with Lambda/RBV/DCV in chronic HCV GT-1, -2, -3 or -4 subjects co-infected with HIV-1

NCT ID: NCT01866904 Terminated - Clinical trials for Stable Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Myocardial Infarction

Long-Term rIsk, Clinical manaGement and Healthcare Resource Utilization of Stable CAD in Post MI Patients

TIGRIS
Start date: June 19, 2013
Phase:
Study type: Observational

THis study is intended to provide contemporary data on the burden of disease in patients 1 to 3 years post-MI, including a description of patient characteristics, current treatment patterns, rate of major CV events, and healthcare resource utilization in a 'real world' patient population at high atherothrombotic risk.

NCT ID: NCT01865084 Terminated - Clinical trials for Muscular Dystrophy, Duchenne

A Study of Tadalafil for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

Start date: September 2013
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to determine if tadalafil can slow the decline in walking ability of boys who have Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The study will also assess the safety of tadalafil and any side effects that might be associated with it in boys who have DMD. Participants will receive study treatment (tadalafil or placebo) for the first 48 weeks of the study, and can then continue into an open label extension (OLE) that consists of two periods during which all participants will receive tadalafil. In OLE period 1, all participants will receive tadalafil for 48 weeks. Participants completing OLE period 1 will continue into OLE period 2 and will receive tadalafil for at least another 48 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT01859637 Terminated - Clinical trials for Severe Chronic Neutropenia

Immunogenicity, Safety, and Efficacy of Zarzio®/Filgrastim HEXAL® in Patients With Severe Chronic Neutropenia

Start date: May 2011
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Purpose of the study is to investigate the safety, immunogenicity and the efficacy of Zarzio®/Filgrastim HEXAL® under chromic administration. Study was initiated as a post marketing authorization commitment to European Medicines Agency (EMA). Subsequent submission of long term safety and immunogenicity data from pooled studies and post-marketing experience have addressed the commitment and study no longer necessary to be continued and hence prematurely terminated. No patients were ongoing in the study at the time of study termination.

NCT ID: NCT01853384 Terminated - Ulcer Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy Trial of HP802-247 in the Treatment of Chronic Venous Leg Ulcers

Start date: November 2013
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is being done to find out if an investigational product called HP802-247 can help people with venous leg ulcers. Investigational means that HP802-247 has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). This research is being done to compare the efficacy of HP802-247 plus compression therapy against Vehicle plus compression therapy in achieving complete wound closure over the 12-week treatment period. Vehicle looks the same as HP802-247 but contains no cells. At least 440 subjects will participate. The study is going to be conducted in approximately 5 countries at approximately 50 sites across the European Union.
