The treatments will be: 1) norepinephrine or phenylephrine infusion to maintain intraoperative MAP ≥85 mmHg, delayed resumption of chronic antihypertensive medications, and a target ward MAP ≥80 mmHg (tight pressure management); or, 2) routine intraoperative blood pressure management and prompt resumption of chronic antihypertensive medications (routine pressure management).

Clinical Trial for the Safety and Efficacy of Sequential CD19 and CD22 CAR-T Therapy for Adult Patients With Newly Diagnosed Ph Chromosome Positive B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia
This is a single-arm, open-label, multicenter study designed to evaluate the preliminary antineoplastic activity, safety and tolerability of HA121-28 tablets administered orally in patients with medullary thyroid cancer (MTC).
Phase Ia: To investigate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of OVV-01 injection in the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors (OVV-01 single dose gradient exploration). Phase Ib: To evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy of OVV-01 injection combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors pembrolizumab (anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody) or atezolizumab (anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody) in the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors (OVV-01 combined with PD-1/PD-L1 monoclonal antibody dose gradient exploration); Phase Ic: A cohort expansion of Phase Ib to further analyze the efficacy and safety of OVV-01 injection combined with immune checkpoint inhibitor injection in the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
Acute variceal upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage remains a hot potato in cirrhotic patients. The purpose of this study is to figure out whether urgent endoscopy (within 6h after gastroenterological consultation) is superior to non-urgent endoscopy (between 6h and 24h after gastroenterological consultation) in reducing re-bleeding for these patients. This is a single-centered, prospective, randomized, and controlled trial. 400 patients with suspected variceal bleeding will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to receive endoscopic intervention either within 6h or 6-24h. Randomization is conducted by permuted block randomization stratified by age, systolic blood pressure (SBP), and pulse rate. The primary efficacy endpoint is rebleeding within 42 days after control of acute variceal bleeding. This trial will provide valuable insights into the efficacy between the urgent endoscopy group and the non-urgent endoscopy group.
Objectives To evaluate the correlation between BU exposure and post-transplant clinical results (efficacy and safety) to establish the optimal BU treatment window for myeloablative conditioning in Chinese pediatrics, provide theoretical basis and the new strategy for BU individualized dosage, further optimize transplant treatment and reduce drug-related toxicity. Population 500 participants of any sex between the age of 0.1 and 18 years. Patients receiving the BU-based myeloablative conditioning before transplantation. Endpoint primary To establish BU pop-PK model and analyze the association between BU AUC and event-free survival (EFS)or overall survival (OS) after transplantation in Chinese pediatrics. Secondary The investigators are also interested in transplantation-related mortality (TRM), acute toxicity and chronic GvHD.
Rupture of intracranial aneurysms can lead to extensive subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), a potentially fatal neurological emergency with mortality rates ranging from 8 to 67%. At present, surgical clipping (SC) and endovascular coiling (EC) are two main treatments for aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH), in recent years, the improvements in surgical equipment and techniques have already greatly improved the postoperative safety of patients. However, considering individual differences between patients, some still at risk due to possible complications during hospitalization or after discharge from the hospital, it will no doubt generate a large healthcare burden. This prospective, observational clinical trial (LongTEAM) is to improve the diagnosis and treatment effect and efficiency in this field, reducing mortality, medical costs, and medical burden, while opening up new avenues for interdisciplinary clinical practice and scientific research exploration.

This is a multicenter, open, phase II clinical trial to evaluate the safety and efficacy of almonertinib combined with pyrrolitinib in locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients with her-2 variants detected after first-line EGFR-TKI treatment resistance. Patients with first-line EGFR-TKI resistance showed HER-2 variation (including mutation and amplification) in tissue or blood tests, and the treatment regimen of metinil combined with pyrrolitinib was performed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the treatment regimen. To determine the optimal dose of pyrrolitinib, three dose groups of 240mg, 320mg, and 400mg were set, and the "3+3" study design principle was adopted. About 27-36 people will be included in the study (depending on the progress of the study)
