There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Neurally adjusted ventilatory assist (NAVA) is a new mode of mechanical ventilation that delivers ventilatory assist in proportion to neural effort. The investigators hope to compare the hemodynamic and pulmonary effect in children after surgical repair of congenital heart disease with right ventricular hypertrophic ventilated with Pressure control ventilation (PCV), Pressure support ventilation (PSV), and NAVA by a crossover study.
The ocular biometric parameters of the children with congenital cataract including preoperative pupil diameter, corneal diameter, axial length, anterior and posterior capsule size, iris adhesion. And then analysis whether the preoperative parameters were correlated with the implantation site of secondary implantation.
Breast cancer related lymphedema (BCRL) is the most common complication after breast cancer surgery, which brings a heavy psychological and spiritual burden to patients. For a long time, the diagnosis and treatment of lymphedema has been a difficult point in domestic and foreign research. To a large extent, it is because most of the patients who come to see a doctor have already developed obvious lymphedema, and the internal lymphatic vessels have undergone pathological remodeling[1] Therefore, it is particularly important to detect early lymphedema and intervene in time through the use of sensitive screening tools. Indocyanine green (ICG) lymphangiography is a relatively new method, which can display superficial lymph flow in real time and quickly, and will not be affected by radioactivity [7]. In 2007, indocyanine green lymphography was used for the first time to evaluate the function of superficial lymphatic vessels. In 2011, Japanese scholars found skin reflux signs based on ICG lymphography data of 20 patients with lymphedema after breast cancer surgery, and they were roughly divided into three types according to their severity: splash, star cluster, and diffuse (Figure 1) [8]. Later, in 2016, a prospective study involving 196 people affirmed the value of ICG lymphography in the early diagnosis of lymphedema, and made the images of ICG lymphography more specific stages 0-5 [9], but The staging is still based on the three types of skin reflux symptoms found in a small sample clinical study in 2011, which is not completely applicable in actual clinical applications. In addition, when abnormal skin reflux symptoms appear on ICG lymphangiography, the pathophysiological changes that occur in the body lack research and exploration. Therefore, this research hopes to refine the image features of ICG lymphography through machine learning (deep learning), and establish a PKUPH model for diagnosing early lymphedema by staging the image features.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Keynatinib capsules in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with brain metastasis or progression of brain metastasis after treatment with EGFR inhibitors. As well as, to evaluate the penetration rate of Keynatinib in the Blood-Brain Barrier (BBB) and its PK characteristics, and the relationship between exposure levels with efficacy and safety.
Concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT) is the principal treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). Studies have shown that malnutrition is very common in patients with NPC after chemoradiotherapy. Malnutrition can lead to weight loss, treatment interruption, prolonged stay in hospital, increased treatment costs, reduced tolerance to anti-tumor therapy, reduced quality of life and shortened survival time. Nutritional intervention can improve the nutritional status, reduce treatment-related toxicity and improve the survival of patients with NPC. The first choice of nutritional intervention is oral nutritional supplements(ONS). Some retrospective studies with small samples have found that early nutritional intervention can reduce weight loss and severe oral mucositis in patients with NPC, compared with late nutritional intervention. Therefore, the investigators proposed the hypothesis that ONS from the beginning of radiotherapy can reduce the nutritional impairment, treatment-related toxicity and treatment costs of patients with NPC, and improve their quality of life. The aim of this multicenter randomized controlled clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy and cost utility of ONS from the beginning to the end of radiotherapy.
This is a single-center, open-label, single-arm study to evaluate the primary safety and efficacy of anti-CD7 chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)-modified T cells(CAR7-Ts) in patients with relapsed or refractory T lymphoid malignancies.
This is a phase II, open-label, single center study, aiming to investigate safety and efficacy of anlotinib in treatment of recurrent high-grade glioma.
PRESCIENT is a multi-center, prospective observational study aimed to detect cancers early by combined assays for serum protein markers and cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation markers. Blood RNA markers will also be evaluated. The study will enroll approximately 11879 participants, including participants with malignancies or benign diseases, and healthy participants.
To investigate whether perioperative electroacupuncture is more effective than postoperative electroacupuncture in improving gastrointestinal function after colorectal cancer operation
In order to explore the effect of acupuncture on the clinical outcome of IVF-ET in patients with recurrent implantation failure, the patients divide into the experimental group or the control group. In the experimental group, those patients undergo acupuncture at the beginning of embryo transfer cycle three times a week until 14 days after embryo transfer. In the control group, those patients do not receive any treatments during embryo transfer cycle. Statistical analysis of the two groups of primary endpoint and secondary endpoint are done.
