There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The objective of the study is to collect peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from healthy volunteers for the research and production of UCAR T cells used for Clinical trails.
To explore the effect of Child-Adolescent Emotion and Stress Intervention Program for children with emotional and stress problems, providing early social psychological intervention for aiming the core impairments of emotional and stress problems.
Total knee arthroplasty is one of the effective methods for the treatment of end-stage osteoarthritis. Postoperative rehabilitation exercise is an important method for the recovery of knee joint function. Exercise fear refers to an enlarged psychological phenomenon that patients are afraid of sports leading to injury, which is not conducive to the functional exercise of patients and hinders the recovery of knee joint function
To verify that sertraline combined with fluvoxamine is superior to sertraline combined with aripiprazole
In this study, we planned to identify transcriptome expression profiles (circRNAs, lncRNAs, and mRNAs) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 30 patients with OPLL and 30 other non-OPLL patients by high-throughput sequencing.Sequence analysis was used to predict miRNAs that might bind circRNAs and lncRNAs.Through bioinformatics analysis, competitive endogenous RNAs (cerRNAs), as well as coexpression networks among circRNAs, lncRNAs, miRNAs, and mRNAs, were constructed to provide key molecules and signaling pathways associated with OPLL.
This is a Phase 2, multi-cohort study to investigate safety, anti-tumor activity of the monoclonal antibody BGB A317 in combination with Anlotinib and standard chemotherapy as first-line treatment in Gastric, or Gastroesophageal Junction Carcinoma. The study includes a screening (up to 28 days), treatment (until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, or treatment withdrawal for another reason), safety follow-up (up to 30 days following last study drug treatment), and survival follow-up phase.
To evaluate the impact of second forward view examination of the proximal colon on adenoma detection rate Inclusion criteria:Patients ≥18 years of age undergoing screening, follow-up monitoring, and diagnostic colonoscopy Exclusion criteria:①Cecal intubation failed. ②Have a history of colorectal surgery. ③Insufficient bowel preparation, inadequate bowel preparation quality (Boston Bowel Preparation Scale (BBPS)scores < 2 in any segment of the colon). ④Inflammatory bowel disease or intestinal tuberculosis. ⑤Familial polyp syndrome. ⑥polyp retrieval failure. ⑦Patients with coagulation dysfunction. Patients ≥ 18 years of age who came to our hospital's Digestive Endoscopy Center for screening, follow-up monitoring and diagnosis of colonoscopy. After successfully insert the cecum, colonoscope withdrawal to the splenic flexure, all polyps found during the withdrawal process were resection, then they were randomized to standard withdrawal colonoscopy or second forward view according to the random number table (1:1) to perform.
Ultrasound-guided axillary vein catheterization can be performed via the oblique-axis and long-axis approaches of the axillary vein. The aim of our study is to compare the first puncture success rate and safety between the two approaches of ultrasound-guided axillary vein catheterization in cardiac surgical patients with high bleeding risk
To provide new ideas for the treatment of patients with ischemic heart failure, this study is to search for differential metabolic markers associated with ischemic heart failure and to study the influence of fecal flora on the course of heart failure in patients with ischemic heart failure.
Through the analysis of the data of 8094 patients with knee meniscus injury before December 31, 2008 and more patients with partial meniscus resection, subtotal resection and total resection, we can understand the gender difference and ratio of medial and lateral meniscus injuries. Differences, differences in locations, differences in tearing methods, differences in surgical methods, and the course of the disease affect the meniscus injury and surgical methods, and further affect the patient's knee degeneration imaging, accompanying cartilage injury, knee osteoarthritis, Partial resection, subtotal resection and meniscus regeneration after total resection, imaging and secondary arthroscopic exploration (Second-Look) were studied.
