There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study is investigating how Mim8 works compared to other medicines in people with haemophilia A, who either have inhibitors or do not have inhibitors. Mim8 is a new medicine that will be used for prevention of bleeding episodes. Mim8 works by replacing the function of the missing clotting factor VIII (FVIII). When and how often participants will receive Mim8 is dependent on their previous treatment - but is otherwise decided by chance. Mim8 will be injected into a skinfold on the stomach with a thin needle either once a week or once a month. The study will last 54-124 weeks (12-29 months) depending on how long participants will be followed in run-in before they start treatment and if they continue in the follow period or transfer to an open label extension study. Participants will have 12-17 clinic visits.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of mitoxantrone hydrochloride liposome injection in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
This is a prospective, single-center, open, historically controlled real-world study. The aims of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Nab-paclitaxel combined with oxaliplatin and S-1 in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.
The main objective of this study is to compare efficacy of bemarituzumab combined with oxaliplatin, leucovorin, and 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) (mFOLFOX6) to placebo plus mFOLFOX6 as assessed by overall survival (OS) in participants with FGFR2b ≥10% 2+/3+ tumor cell staining (FGFR2b ≥10% 2+/3+TC)
Intra-abdominal infection is one of the most serious complications after pancreatic resection. The preventive use of antibiotics intraoperatively could reduce the incidence rate of postoperative intra-abdominal infection. According to the previous retrospective study, changes of serum lactate level on postoperative day1 could predict the incidence rate of postoperative intra-abdominal infection. This prospective RCT is to further validate and promote the findings and conclusion.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the preliminary safety, efficacy and PK characteristics of cend-1 in patients with advanced metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (Chinese population).
To evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetic characteristics of TQC3721 suspension for inhalation in single/multiple administration(s) in healthy subjects; to evaluate the safety, tolerability and efficacy TQC3721 suspension for inhalation in multiple administrations in patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD)and asthma.
To evaluate the efficacy of orelabrutinib combined with R-CHOP vs. R-CHOP alone in the treatment of treatment-naїve mantle cell lymphoma.
This study is being conducted to explore the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with SHR1020 in the treatment of advanced melanoma.
Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection has become one of the most important health problems faced by women all over the world. A large number of studies have shown that women's cervical, vaginal and perianal precancerous lesions, related cancers, condyloma acuminatum and other sexually transmitted diseases (STD) are closely related to HPV infection. Among them, the persistent infection of high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) is closely related to the occurrence of invasive cervical cancer. Previous studies have shown that there are significant differences in the effects of multiple HPV infection and persistent infection of different types (such as type-16, -18, -39 and -52) on different levels of cervical lesions, and there is a certain correlation between HPV load in the process of persistent infection and the degree of cervical lesions. In addition, other studies have shown that HPV-16 viral load has certain clinical significance in predicting Cin2 / CIN3 high-grade cervical lesions, and HPV viral load level is significantly different in cervical low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) and cervical high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL). The above biological changes such as HPV infection type, quantity and proportion can promote the occurrence and development of cervical precancerous lesions and related cancers to varying degrees. It can be seen that the study of the relationship between HPV viral load and cervical lesions is of great significance for clinical disease development prediction and cervical cancer screening.
