This is a single-arm, multicenter, prospective, open-label phase II clinical trial of multi-target radiotherapy combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibody and capecitabine maintenance therapy treating oligometastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma, the main purpose of which is to evaluate the efficacy of multi-target radiotherapy combined with PD-1 monoclonal antibody and capecitabine maintenance therapy regimen in treating oligometastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma.

HAIC Combined With Tislelizumab and Apatinib for Unresectable Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma

Primary liver cancer is the sixth most common cancer worldwide, including hepatocellular carcinoma and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, of which intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma accounts for 10%-15%. Surgical resection is the only curative method for ICC, but most patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage, and only 15% of patients can undergo surgical resection. In locally advanced ICC patients without distant metastases, although the tumor was initially assessed as unresectable, these patients may have the opportunity for surgical resection after reducing the size tumor lesion and increasing the remnant liver volume through conversion therapy. The current standard first-line treatment for unresectable ICC is gemcitabine combined with cisplatin, with a median overall survival of only 11.7 months and an ORR of 26.1%. In view of the poor effect of the standard chemotherapy regimen, the NCCN guidelines recommend that patients could participate in clinical study. Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy can increase the local blood drug concentration and improve the tumor regression rate. By reducing the dose of systemic chemotherapy drugs concentration, the incidence of adverse reactions can be reduced. Hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy may be a better choice for locally advanced intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. PD-1 immunotherapy combined with targeted therapy is expected to improve the prognosis of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. This study investigates the safety and efficacy of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy combined with tislelizumab and apatinib in the treatment of unresectable ICC.

As the most common subtype of lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive but potentially curable malignancy. The poor prognosis of elderly DLBCL patients may be related to the biological behavior of the disease, more comorbidities, poor performance status, and inability to tolerate standard-intensity immunochemotherapy. The investigators plan to use ZR2 regimen(rituximab, lenalidomide and zanubrutinib) for 2 cycles followed by immunochemotherapy for up to 4 cycles in elderly newly diagnosed DLBCL patients.

Analgesic Effect of Intraoperative Intravenous S-Ketamine During Total Knee Arthroplasty Surgery

Severe acute pain after total knee arthroplasty surgery has multiple implications for hospitals and patients, monopolising resources and affecting the quality of life. S-ketamine inhibits N-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptor activation and attenuates central sensitization associated with hyperalgesia, opioid tolerance.Therefore, the primary aim of this trial was to investigate whether s-ketamine decreases pain and opioid consumption postoperatively in adult individuals undergoing total knee arthroplasty surgery.

The objective of the dose escalation phase is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and pharmacokinetics of JAB-21822 in combination with JAB-3312 in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS p.G12C mutation and to determine the RP2D for the combination therapy. In the dose expansion phase, preliminary efficacy and safety of the combination therapy at the RP2D will be further explored in patients with specific cancer harboring KRAS p.G12C mutation.
