There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The primary objective of this study is to compare the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) between MRG002 and investigator selected chemotherapy in patients with HER2-positive unresectable locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer previously treated with platinum-based chemotherapy and PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors.
To explore the intracranial/extracranial ORR, PFS, QoL, safety, dynamic changes of tissue, cerebrospinal fluid, and plasma DNA in patients with newly diagnosed advanced NSCLC with EGFR mutation with/without brain metastasis given first-line treatment with almonertinib combined with bevacizumab at the initial stage of treatment, during treatment and after drug resistance, and the correlation between early clearance of sensitive mutations and survival.
The research background of this study is that Chiari malformation (CM) is a congenital malformation in the foramen magnum region, often associated with syringomyelia, basilar depression, odontoid dislocation and other craniocervical junction deformities. The traditional surgical method for Chiari malformation with skull basilar depression is simple decompression without fixation, so it cannot effectively maintain the stability of the cervical spine and reduce the compression of the brainstem and cervical cord, often resulting in poor curative effect and aggravated symptoms. The cervical spine is the most flexible and most mobile part of the spine, and the instability of the cervical spine will directly affect the quality of life of patients after surgery. Subsequently, with the continuous advancement of technology and the continuous development and improvement of surgical methods, Investigators can relieve spinal cord compression by using atlanto-occipital decompression and dissection followed by C1/2 lateral arthrolysis combined with occipitocervical fusion. So, is this surgical combination the most effective surgery for patients with Chiari malformation and type II skull basilar depression? How should doctors adjust to the best surgical approach to treat patients with Chiari malformation and type II skull basilar depression? These questions have long puzzled neurosurgeons. By conducting this research, investigators hope that participants can participate in it, and work with them to answer this question, and jointly promote the development and progress of doctors' careers, while benefiting more patients.
To explore the effect and prognosis of endovascular interventional therapy in high-risk patients with aortic arch dissection and aneurysm
MAGNET is a multi-center and prospective study to minimize Gadolinium-based Contrast Agent (GBCA) combining novel artificial intelligence (AI) methods with pre-contrast images and/or low-dose images to synthesize virtual contrast-enhanced T1 (vir-T1c) images, based on a large clinical and MRI database and subsequently validated for its clinical value. MRI examinations for patients included T1-weighted images (T1WI) before and after contrast agent administration and at two dose levels: low-dose (10% or 25%) and full-dose (100%), T2-weighted images (T2WI), fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR), and diffusion-weighted imaging sequences (DWI) and the computed apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC), all either acquired three dimensional [3D] or two dimensional [2D]). The standard dose of intravenous gadolinium contrast agent was 0.1mmol/kg(body weight) by manual injection or automatic injection with a high-pressure syringe at a flow rate of 4mL/s.The sequence parameters used for the 3DT1WI scans must be consistent, and the standard for intravenous injection of gadolinium contrast agent is 0.1mmol/kg (body weight), administered either manually or automatically with a high-pressure syringe at a rate of 4mL/s. Additionally, arterial spin labeling (ASL), amide-proton transfer chemical exchange saturation transfer (APT-CEST), susceptibility-weighted imaging (SWI), or quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) can be acquired at the same time if the conditions permit.
This trial adopts a single-center, single-dose, single-period, non-randomized, open-label study design. It is planned to enroll 6~8 healthy male subjects, and each subject receives single oral administration of drug solution containing 600mg/approximately 100µCi [14C]STI-1558 under fasting conditions on trial D1. The whole blood, plasma, urine and stool samples are collected at specified time points/intervals during the trial. The pharmacokinetic parameters of the total radioactivity in plasma and whole blood, the material concentration ratios of the total radioactivity in plasma and whole blood, and the material balances are obtained by testing the total radioactivity of [14C]STI-1558 in plasma, whole blood, urine and feces. Meanwhile, using isotope tracer and mass spectrometry techniques, the main pathways and characteristics of metabolism and elimination of STI-1558 in humans are obtained through the quantification of radioactive metabolite profiles and the structure identification of the main metabolites in plasma, urine and feces of the subjects. The entire duration of trial is expected to be 5 months.
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) affects 25% of the global population and causes serious complications, including cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma or mortality. Unfortunately, there are not yet any approved drugs to treatment NAFLD. The only effective means to improve NAFLD is by weight reduction via lifestyle modifications, i.e., diet and physical activity. Most NAFLD patients lack the motivation to initiate and maintain lifestyle modifications. The investigators hypothesize that ambulatory monitoring of liver fat can help NAFLD patients lose more liver fat by motivating them to gain a sense of control over their condition.
The goal of this observational study is to establish and verify the Chinese version of surgical risk assessment system and explore its clinical application. The main questions it aims to answer are: The process of establishing a Chinese version of surgical risk assessment system; What is the accuracy of the system; How can the system be used in clinic; How does this system compare with other systems (such as NSQIP). Participants will comprehensively collect the general information, examination and pathological information of the patients, using machine learning and artificial intelligence methods for data processing. Finally, the Chinese version of the surgical risk assessment system will be established. After the system is established, investigators will evaluate the accuracy of the system and compare it with other related systems.
Investigators intend to combine low-dose hypersensitivity with high-dose immunopotentiation effect, and use super-hyperfractionation pulse radiotherapy, which is expected to achieve the effect of in situ vaccine that can enhance tumor killing, protect normal tissues, reduce immune cell damage and enhance tumor immunogenicity at the same time, and play a stronger immunopotentiation effect in combined immunotherapy. Thereby inducing a stronger abscopal effect of radiotherapy.
The study aimed to examine the effect of Attention Control Training (ACT) intervention on reducing PTSD symptoms in firefighters. The study was a randomized controlled trial carried out in Kunming, China, and involved the recruitment of 180 active firefighters as participants. The intervention lasted for an 8-week duration, during which participants participated in ACT exercises delivered through a smartphone application.
