NCT ID: NCT05809349 Completed - Clinical trials for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation

The Mechanism of cTBS Targeting Dentate Nucleus for DRE

Start date: April 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In our previous cross-over study--the continuous θ burst stimulation (cTBS) targeting cerebellum dentate nucleus of 44 drug-refractory epilepsy (DRE) patients, a significant reduction in seizure frequency was observed. However, the mechanism of this target to reduce seizures is still unknown. This study aims to explore the mechanism of cTBS targeting cerebellum dentate nucleus for DRE, in order to provide theoretical support for this treatment method. A total of 50 patients with DRE will have 2-week cTBS treatment via accurate navigation to bilateral cerebellar dentate nucleus. Participants will be took TMS-EEG, functional magnetic resonance imaging, and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) pre- and post- treatment. These three examinations will help to analyze the brain functional connectivity and suggest the mechanism of action of this treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05809336 Completed - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumor

Gut Microbial Metabolites Inosine Combined With PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitor for Patients With Malignant Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: May 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

We conducted a single-center, prospective randomized ,Parallel controls, open labels Clinical Studies,The study is about Gut Microbial Metabolites Inosine Combined With PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitor for Patients with malignant Advanced Solid Tumors .One group was the inosine group , the other group was the non-inosine group. The treatment regimen of inosine group : inosine + PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor ± chemotherapy/targeting, and the treatment regimen of non-inosine group : PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor ± chemotherapy/targeting.The primary study endpoints were overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival PFS, and the secondary study endpoints were objective remission rate (ORR) and disease control rate (DCR) comparing the two groups.

NCT ID: NCT05809180 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Pro-miniCHOP-like Regimen for Treatment-naive Elderly Patients

Start date: January 4, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The proposed study is a prospective, single-center and open-ended study in patients over the age of 70 with treatment-naive diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This study intends to explore a new treatment pattern using Pro-miniCHOP-like regimen and simultaneously evaluate its safety and efficacy for future clinical practice.

NCT ID: NCT05809167 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

Venetoclax+Azacytidine+Modified BUCY Conditioning Regimen for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Undergoing Allo-HSCT

Start date: January 20, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this prospective, open-label, single-center study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VEN-AZA (venetoclax and azacytidine) followed by modified BUCY (busulfan and cyclophosphamide) as conditioning regimen for high-risk or relapsed/refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT).

NCT ID: NCT05809024 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Locally Advanced Breast Cancer

Select the Appropriate Population for Adding CDK4/6i to Neoadjuvant Endocrine Therapy

Start date: March 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Select the appropriate population for adding CDK4/6 inhibitors therapy in high risk early HR+/HER2-breast cancer based on molecular detection

NCT ID: NCT05808894 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Laparoscopic Pancreaticoduodenectomy

Extended Pancreatic Neck Transection Versus Conventional Pancreatic Neck Transection During Laparoscopic Pancreaticoduodenectomy( LPDEXCEPT)

LPDEXCEPT
Start date: August 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators conduct the clinical randomized controlled trial to evaluate the superiority of extended pancreatic neck transection during laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (LPD). The participants in the study group obtain extended pancreatic neck transection during LPD, while participants in the control group conventional pancreatic neck transection. The purposes of this study include: 1.Primary objective: To compare the incidence of clinically relevant pancreatic fistula (grades B-C according International Study Group on Pancreatic Surgery) between the study group and the control group. 2.Secondary objective: To compare the incidence of postoperative morbidity (Clavien-Dindo score ≥3)between the two groups. To compare the location of pancreatic duct and the surgical performance of pancreaticojejunostomy between the two groups.
