NCT ID: NCT06162988 Not yet recruiting - Tumor, Solid Clinical Trials

PET Imaging of 68Ga-NOTA-H006 in Malignancy

Start date: December 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

5T4, also known as trophoblast glycoprotein, is an oncofoetal antigen expressing in fetal development and cancer but rarely in adult. The high expression of 5T4 in malignancy was found be associated with poor clinical outcomes in ovarian, gastric and colorectal cancers. Several antibody drug conjugates are currently under development for cancer therapy in preclinic and clinic stages. Previously, investigators engineered a 5T4-specific biomolecule with nanomolar binding affinity. Radiolabeling with gallium-68 resulted in 68Ga-NOTA-H006 which showed 5T4 expression in a variety of xenograft models. Thus, the aims of current study are to evaluate the distribution and dosimetry of this novel tracer, and to explore the diagnostic values of 68Ga-NOTA-H006 in malignant tumors.

NCT ID: NCT06162273 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Aortic Aneurysm, Abdominal

Start date: December 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of IBD stent of Shenzhen Xianjian Company and IBE stent of American Gore company in the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysm/iliac aneurysm reconstruction of internal iliac artery

NCT ID: NCT06161909 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma Thoracic Stage III

Postoperative Immune Maintenance Therapy for Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma After Radical Resection

Start date: January 10, 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Esophageal cancer (EC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract in human beings. Most cases of EC are initially diagnosed in an advanced stage of the disease. Considering the lack of effective adjuvant therapies after surgery for locally advanced esophageal squamous carcinoma. And with the encouraging preliminary results of PD-1 inhibitors in advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC), postoperative adjuvant immunotherapy for esophageal squamous carcinoma seems to be feasible. The main objective of this study was the efficacy of postoperative adjuvant therapy with sintilimab in patients with ESCC radically resected after neoadjuvant chemoimmunotherapy.

NCT ID: NCT06161662 Not yet recruiting - Anesthesia Clinical Trials

Effect of Acupoint Stimulation on Postoperative Delirium and Electroencephalogram

AS-DEEP
Start date: December 10, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) was reported to benefit the patients undergoing surgeries by reducing anesthetics consumption and decreasing anesthesia related adverse effects. Electroencephalogram (EEG) and EEG-related indicators are important indicators reflecting the conscious state of the brain, and different anesthetic drugs and anesthesia depths cause different EEG characteristic changes. The mechanism by which TEAS improves postoperative delirium (POD) is not clear, and whether changes in EEG characteristic parameters is involved needs to be further explored. Therefore, this study aims to observe the effect of TEAS at Neiguan and Shenmen acupoint on POD in elderly patients undergoing abdominal surgery, and to explore the EEG related mechanism underlying TEAS improving POD.

NCT ID: NCT06161272 Not yet recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Fluzoparib With or Without Apatinib in Platinum-sensitive Relapsed Ovarian Cancer Previously Treated With PARPi

Start date: December 10, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, multicenter, two-arm, noncomparative, phase II study of fluzoparib with or without apatinib for maintenance therapy in PARPi-pretreated platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer. The primary objective is to evaluate median progression free survival of fluzoparib with or without apatinib.

NCT ID: NCT06160492 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for 5-aminolevulinic Acid

Phase III Clinical Trial Evaluating the Efficacy and Safety of 5-aminolevulinic Acid (5-ALA)

Start date: February 2024
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a randomized, open, parallel-group, multicenter clinical trial evaluating 5-aminolevulinic acid (5-ALA HCl) oral solution with powdered fluorescent microscopic tumor resection versus white light microscopic tumor resection in patients with malignant gliomas (WHO grade 3/4).

NCT ID: NCT06158997 Not yet recruiting - Evaporative Dry Eye Clinical Trials

Safety and Effectiveness of EyePeace on Signs and Symptoms of Dry Eye Disease

Start date: December 3, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

In this study, the EyePeace an eye massager will be compared with a standard-of-care warm compress treatment with evaporative dry eye disease. The objective is to asses the safety and effectiveness EyePeace eye massager is in relieving the signs and symptoms of evaporative dry eye disease.

NCT ID: NCT06158516 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor

A Study of Surufatinib as Adjuvant Therapy for Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

Start date: November 30, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

pNENs still have a risk of recurrence after radical resection, and the overall recurrence and metastasis rate is as high as 13.7%-36.2% in China. At present, there is no standard adjuvant therapy for pNEN, and prospective studies are still lacking. This study was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter clinical trial to explore the efficacy and safety of surufatinib in the adjuvant treatment of pNET, in order to further improve the prognosis of patients and to provide high-quality research evidence for adjuvant therapy.
