NCT ID: NCT05527067 Recruiting - a-synucleinopathy Clinical Trials

A Registered Cohort Study on α-Synucleinopathy

Start date: September 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

α-Synucleinopathy is a cluster of neurodegenerative disease with motor and non-motor symptom. The data to be collected is intended to help healthcare providers make important medical decisions concerning α-synucleinopathy, through an enhanced understanding of the natural history, progression and multi-omics datasets of α-synucleinopathy.

NCT ID: NCT05526534 Recruiting - Gynecologic Surgery Clinical Trials

A RCT on the Preventive Effect of HFNC on Postoperative Pulmonary Complications in Patients With Gynecologic Neoplasms

Start date: November 1, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Patients at high risk of post-operative pulmonary complications (PPC) will be screened out from gynecological tumor patients undergoing surgical treatment, and randomly assigned into the HFNC group and control group, which uses conventional nasal cannula oxygen therapy. The primary outcome is the incidence of PPC, including postoperative hypoxemia, atelectasis, pneumonia, etc. Secondary outcomes are the improvement of postoperative oxygenation, antibiotic use, length of hospital stay, adverse events related to oxygen therapy, etc.

NCT ID: NCT05526300 Recruiting - Clinical trials for To Explore Whether the Application of Intelligent Hypertension Management System Can Effectively Reduce Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients

Intelligent Hypertension Intervention Study

Start date: September 6, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

To explore whether the application of intelligent hypertension management system can effectively reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients. A total of 320 eligible subjects will be recruited and randomization to two groups. The standard care group (n=160) will receive conventional hypertension treatment with baseline data collected.Wearable blood pressure monitoring device management group (intervention group, n=160) will receive blood pressure monitoring remotely everyday and antihypertension medication treatment. Primary outcome is Net change in systolic blood pressure from baseline to 3 months follow-up. Secondary outcomes include Net change in diastolic blood pressure hypertension control ratio (BP < 140/90 mmHg)

NCT ID: NCT05526222 Recruiting - Atopic Dermatitis Clinical Trials

A Phase III Study of Jaktinib in Adults With Moderate and Severe Atopic Dermatitis

Start date: July 14, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled phase III clinical study of jaktinib hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of adult patients with moderate and severe atopic dermatitis

NCT ID: NCT05525884 Recruiting - Type2 Diabetes Clinical Trials

Mechanism of Serum PRL in the Development of MAFLD

Start date: January 1, 2017
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Metabolic associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) has currently reached a worldwide epidemic. Serum PRL levels within or outside physiological range have been found to affect metabolic homeostasis differently. However, the relationship between serum PRL and MAFLD among diabetic patients is unclear. The investigators aimed to explore the association between serum PRL and the risk of MAFLD in patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM).

NCT ID: NCT05525767 Recruiting - Solid Tumor Clinical Trials

Chemotherapy Combined With Bevacizumab Neoadjuvant Therapy for HER2-negative Breast Cancer

Start date: March 31, 2022
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This is an prospective, multicenter, single-arm clinical study.

NCT ID: NCT05525702 Recruiting - Delirium Clinical Trials

VR Interventions to Reduce the Prevalence of Delirium in ICU Patients

Start date: April 18, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Delirium is an extremely common complication in mechanically ventilated ICU patients, which can decrease the patients' cognitive function, prolong hospitalization, and even increase mortality. But there is currently no validated treatment for delirium. Therefore, this study aims to build a multi-modal virtual reality (VR) intervention environment to conduct comprehensive interventions in psychological, physiological, and cognitive aspects for ICU mechanically intubated patients, which will be used to improve the hospitalization experience, reduce the prevalence of delirium, and decrease the duration of ICU stay of patients on mechanical ventilation.

NCT ID: NCT05525637 Recruiting - Insomnia Disorder Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy Study of YZJ-1139 in Insomnia Disorder

Start date: December 17, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to assess efficacy and safety of YZJ-1139 in adult subjects with insomnia disorder. Efficacy will be evaluated on objective and subjective sleep parameters.

NCT ID: NCT05525260 Recruiting - Pulmonary Nodules Clinical Trials

Limonene for Pulmonary Nodule Chemoprevention

Start date: February 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The prevention and treatment of lung nodules involves many fields in preventive medicine and clinical medicine. A nodule is a growth or lump that may be malignant (cancer) or benign (not cancer). This study is aim to investigate the chemopreventive effect of limonene in inhibiting the occurrence/progression of ground glass pulmonary nodules. It is expected that limonene can be used as a safe and effective chemopreventive agent for preventing the development/progress of pulmonary nodules as well as expanding the indications of limonene.

NCT ID: NCT05524922 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Neurodegenerative Disorder

A Registered Cohort Study on Neurodegenerative Associated With Disorders Sleep Disorder.

Start date: September 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Cognitive impairment often appears in neurodegenerative diseases, and it is expected to further study the mechanism of sleep disorders associated with the progression of neurodegenerative diseases by exploring the clinical manifestations, imaging, and biological marker changes of sleep disorders in neurodegenerative diseases.
