To investigate the variation in backscattering with depth between forme fruste keratoconus (FFKC), keratoconus, and normal eyes; to determine the backscattering changes in the characteristics of keratoconus progression; and to explore the diagnostic value of backscattering in FFKC.

This is a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, parallel-group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous HS628 in combination with MTX versus Actemra in combination with MTX, in participants with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who have inadequate response to current MTX therapy. The study comprises a 24-week treatment phase, followed by a 4-week safety observation period.

The investigators included children with living donor liver transplantation (LDLT) from January 1, 2018 to July 31, 2022 as a retrospective cohort, and the group from August 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 as a prospective cohort. The investigators collected the demographic and clinicopathological data of donors and recipients, and determined the risk factors of early postoperative delayed recovery of hepatic function (DRHF) by univariate and multivariate Logical regression analyses.
The purpose of this observational study is to analyze the extent and characteristics of drug interactions (focusing on azole antifungals and echinocandins) and genetic polymorphisms on tacrolimus blood concentrations in renal transplant recipients in order to provide a reference for the appropriate adjustment of tacrolimus dosing regimen to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and rejection, and to improve the survival of transplanted kidneys.
Self-esteem and family functioning are associated with mental health and success of drug treatment among individuals with substance use disorders (SUD). The Satir model aims to empower individuals to explore their internal resources, address emotional issues, shift coping strategies, enhancing self-esteem, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. It offers a range of techniques to enhance self-esteem, challenging negative belief systems, and promote personal growth. The aim of the study is to investigate the acceptability and preliminary efficacy of the Satir model on self-esteem, mental health, and family function among individuals with SUD in China. The study will adopt a mixed-method approach. The quantitative phase will employ a randomized control trial (RCT) utilizing a pre-post study design. The qualitative phase will involve conducting semi-structured individual interviews.The data will be analyzed by using SPSS software package (IBM SPSS statistics version 26.0). The individual-interview will be analyzed by using the six-phase thematic analysis. The study has the potential to advance knowledge in the field of drug rehabilitation interventions, inform evidence-based practice, and improve the wellbeing and outcomes of individual with SUD. It can contribute to the ongoing efforts to address the complex challenges associated with substance use and support individual on their trajectory to recovery.
This study is a randomized, open, single-dose, two-sequence, two-cycle, double-cross design bioequivalence study. 32 eligible subjects will be randomly assigned to TR group and RT group in a 1:1 ratio. Subjects in the TR group will take the test preparation (T) 200 mg/ pill × 1 pill on day 1 (D1) and the reference preparation (R) 200 mg/ pill × 1 pill on day 8 (D8). The sequence of medication in RT group is reversed from TR group. Wash for at least 7 days between doses. Screening was performed within 28 days prior to initial dosing, and all eligible subjects were admitted to the clinical research Center 1 day prior to Cycle 1 dosing (D-1) and discharged on day 10 of the study (D10) after completing Cycle 2 PK blood collection, corresponding safety examination, and evaluation. On the 14th day of the study (± 1 day), the clinical research center was returned for follow-up to further evaluate the safety and tolerability of the subjects.
