NCT ID: NCT05979948 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia

A Phase 2 Clinical Trial to Evaluate Zanubrutinib Combined With BR (Bendamustine/Rituximab) Regimen in Subjects With Newly-diagnosed Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia

CZ-WM01
Start date: August 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was a single-arm, multicenter, Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy of zanubrutinib combined with BR (Bendamustine/Rituximab) regimen in Chinese participants with newly-diagnosed Waldenström's macroglobulinemia who exhibited one or more of the criteria for requiring treatment based on consensus guidelines from the 11th International Workshop on Waldenström's Macroglobulinemia (IWWM). The investigators propose this combination will improve the deep remission compared to single Zanubrutinib or BR regimen and can be a time-limited regimen which will reduce the life-time therapy and benefit the patients.

NCT ID: NCT05979935 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Esophageal and Gastric Varices

Prediction of Esophageal Varices in Liver Cirrhosis Using Tongue Bioinformatics

Start date: July 1, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

The goal of this observational study is to compare the tongue bioinformatics of high-risk and low-risk patients with esophageal varices due to liver cirrhosis. The main question of this study is to explore whether there exists a relationship between the degree of esophageal varices and tongue bioinformatics in liver cirrhosis. it aims to answer 2 questions as below: question 1: If these is a significant difference in tongue bioinformatics between patients in liver cirrhosis with high-risk and low-risk of esophageal varices. Question 2; If tongue bioinformatics can be used as a diagnostic basic for testing esophageal varices in liver cirrhosis. Firstly, participants will be divided into two groups according to their degree of esophageal varices from electronic gastroscopy report and CT scan report including high-risk group and low-risk group. Secondly, participants will be asked to show their tongue, including the surface and sublingual veins of tongue, and the tongue images of each participants will be collected by researchers via camera. After finishing tongue image collection, participants will receive a professional tongue diagnosis report in Traditional Chinese Medicine and health suggestion.

NCT ID: NCT05979792 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

Clinical Study of CD7 CAR-T Cell Injection in the Treatment of Patients With Relapsed or Refractory CD7-positive Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

Start date: September 1, 2023
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Despite the use of monoclonal antibodies, checkpoint inhibitors, and bispecific T cell adapters (BiTE) Immunotherapies such as chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells have completely changed the treatment methods of various cancers. However, only limited responses were observed in T cell diseases, In CD30 positive PTCL and CTCL patients. The use of BV in and pembroluzimab (Programmed cell death receptor 1) in the treatment of ENKTL. Although some promising results have been observed for (PD-1) inhibitors, these positive results are limited to specific subtypes of T cell diseases. CAR T Cell therapy in recurrent/refractory B-cell malignant tumors is very successful, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved two CAR T Cell therapy for the treatment of this type of disease. However, using this technology to treat T-cell malignancies has always been difficult, mainly due to the lack of tumor specific surface antigens in cancerous T cells. Therefore, our center plans to conduct a phase I clinical study of CAR-T to explore the possibility of bringing more treatment options and benefits to PTCL patients.

NCT ID: NCT05979740 Recruiting - Radiotherapy Clinical Trials

RC48 Combined With Toripalimab and Radiotherapy for Bladder Sparing Treatment in MIBC

Start date: August 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, open, single-center clinical study of RC48 combined with PD-1 and radiotherapy as bladder-preserving therapy in patients with muscular invasive bladder uroepithelial carcinoma with high HER-2 expression (IHC 2+ or 3+). The study was conducted in accordance with the Good Practice for Clinical Trials of Pharmaceutical Products (GCP). Six patients were enrolled in this study. Each patient received RC48 injection [2.0 mg/kg, Q2W, iv] and Toripalimab injection [3mg/kg, Q2W, iv] for 1~2 cycles, and radiotherapy at the second or third cycle. The total dose of bladder irradiation field was greater than 50Gy (about 30 times), and the safety monitoring of the subjects was conducted within 28 days after receiving the study drug treatment for the first time. Adverse events were graded using the National Cancer Institute (NCI) Standard for the Assessment of Common Terminology for Adverse Events (CTCAE) Version 5.0 guidelines, and the occurrence of DLT in patients was observed. If the subject does not complete the safety assessment for the tolerance observation period for non-dose tolerance reasons, a new subject will be replaced.

NCT ID: NCT05979649 Not yet recruiting - Mental Health Issue Clinical Trials

An Internet-Based Intervention With Peer Support for the Mental Health of Youths

Start date: September 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this randomized control trial study is to develop an online intervention project that specifically targets and addresses mental health issues among youths in the post-pandemic era, while also assessing its effectiveness. Additionally, this intervention project has the potential to effectively address other post-traumatic conditions experienced by youths. Furthermore, our research group will investigate the specific impacts of long-term interventions on various aspects including changes in mental health status, psychological resilience, coping strategies, perceived social support, and emotional intelligence among the participants.
