There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This study includes two periods. In Period 1, Participants who meet eligibility criteria will be randomized in a 1:1:1 ratio to receive a twice-daily oral LNK01001 Dose A or LNK01001 Dose B or a matching placebo for 12 weeks. Participants who receive a placebo in Period 1 will be re-randomized at Week 13 in a 1:1 ratio to receive a twice-daily oral LNK01001 Dose A or LNK01001 Dose B for 12 weeks (period 2). Participants who receive LNK01001 ( Dose A and Dose B) in Period 1 will maintain the treatment dose in Period 2.
This is a retrospective, researcher-initiated, database-based study that will retrospectively observe the treatment and medication patterns of about 22,500 patients with heart failure from 25 heart failure centers and 25 non-heart failure centers in the database of heart failure center. The proportion of patients with heart failure treatment drugs reaching the target dose recommended in the guidelines and discontinuation rate will be observed at 1 month, 3 months and 12 months follow up time point. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the current HF treatment status in HF center hospitals and non-HF center hospitals, which may provide insights for improving the clinical practice of heart failure treatment in China, and promote the standardization of heart failure treatment in China.
A multicenter, randomized, open-lable, single-dose, two-cycle, double-cross bioequivalence study comparing the pharmacokinetic profile of LY01612 (Doxorubicin hydrochloride liposome injection) and CAELYX® in Chinese subjects with advanced breast cancer
Study of [14C]CS0159 in China Healthy Subjects.
The goal of this [To evaluate the immunogenicity and safety of 1 - and 2-dose schedules of quadrivalent influenza vaccine (split virion) in healthy people with and without immunization history.] is to [aged 3-8 years] in [Healthy people]. The main question[s] it aims to answer are: • [To evaluate the immunogenicity of a two-dose schedule of quadrivalent influenza vaccine (quadrivalent influenza vaccine) in healthy population aged 3-8 years with or without vaccination history.] •[ To evaluate whether antibody levels are different 30 days after one dose of quadrivalent influenza vaccine versus two doses of quadrivalent influenza vaccine in healthy people aged 3-8 years with or without vaccination history.]
108 patients underwent elective SPK surgery were randomly divided into ERAS group (E) and routine care group (T). The ERAS group was consisted of evidenced-based systematic optimization approaches, while the control group received routine care.
A few reports were focused on the RPD learning curve for surgeons with extensive experience in LPD. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the number of cases required for such surgeons to overcome the learning curve for RPD and to analyze the impact of different phases of the learning curve on perioperative outcomes.
This study aims to testify multi-domain effects of computerized cognitive training in patients with mild cognitive impairment and mild Alzheimer's disease through multi-dimensional evaluation.
The study aimed to assess the effects of omeprazole on single-dose SHR2554 in healthy subjects, exploring the pharmacokinetic changes of SHR2554 and ensuring the safety when SHR2554 is co-administered with omeprazole.
Because of population ageing, fragility fractures have become a huge burden on healthcare systems and wider society. Fractures result in a sharp drop in both short-term and long-term quality of life, they have a strong influence on activities of daily living and mobility, and they are associated with a significant increase in 1-year mortality (18%-36%). Surgery can benefit elderly patients with hip fractures to an extent, but it entails inevitable risks, particularly with respect to general anesthesia. In recent years unilateral spinal anesthesia has attracted attention due to the advantages of hemodynamic stability, reduced anesthetic dosage, and sufficient sensory block. On the basis of a previous study, in the current study anesthetics were directly implanted into the unilateral epidural space in elderly patients with hip fractures prior to the completion of surgery. Data from 106 patients with old hip fractures who had undergone surgical treatment incorporating unilateral epidural anesthesia (UEA) or combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia were retrospectively analyzed in an attempt to provide a feasible solution for this kind of patients' anesthesia.
