There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a single-center single-arm study. The main purpose of this study is to study the efficacy of surgical treatment for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer (FIGO IB3, IIA2-IVA) who still have residual tumor after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
The main objectives of the study were to assess the effects of fenofibrate on serum alkaline phosphatase, as a composite endpoint and on safety in participants with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC).
Although respiratory symptoms were predominant in patients infected with COVID-19, gastrointestinal symptoms were always reported in about 10% patients. Previous studies demonstrated that the SARS-CoV-2 virus still persists in stool samples for a long time after initial infection. Moreover, some patients had a longer duration of COVID-19-related gastrointestinal symptoms, which was defined as "post-acute COVID-19 syndrome". Previous studies have shown that functional gastrointestinal disorders may occur after acute gastroenteritis. Functional dyspepsia (FD) is one of the most common functional gastrointestinal disorders. FD was reported to be correlated with multiple pathophysiological mechanisms, including GI bacterial imbalance, disordered gut microbiota, and disturbed barrier and immune function. It is unknown whether COVID-19 infection could exacerbate the symptoms of FD. Therefore, we followed up a group of FD patients before and after COVID-19 and investigate the impact of COVID-19 infection on the symptoms of FD.
This is a prospective, double-blinded, single center, randomized clinical trial. It compares the clinical efficacy and safety of thees 2 drugs in the treatment of active Takayasu's arteritis patients.
In this study, the investigators provide a personalized tumor neoantigen peptide vaccine/neoantigen-based DC treatment to patients with advanced malignant solid tumors. The investigators observe the post-treatment tumor burden status, the immune response induced by immune preparations, and the prolongation of patient survival time, aiming to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the neoantigen-based DC treatment.
This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of applying 5% lidocaine cream to the sensitive area of the glans penis after its precise localization under the penile biological vibration threshold test for the treatment of primary premature ejaculation.
This is a Phase II, open-label, Single-center platform study research based on molecular subtypes to explore precision therapy in refractory triple-negative breast cancer.
Triple-negative breast cancer has always been a difficult problem in clinical practice because of its young onset age, high aggressiveness, no clear therapeutic target and poor clinical prognosis. The treatment of triple-negative breast cancer is mainly chemotherapy, and in order to break the current dilemma, new treatments must be introduced. Immunotherapy is one of the most high-profile treatments. The KEYNOTE-522 study and Impassion 031 Study have found that immunotherapy can significantly improve the pCR of patients with triple yin breast cancer, rate, independent of PD-L1 expression status, and good safety.Cedardenamine is a histone deacetylation (HDAC) inhibitor developed in China. Many studies suggest that the use of sidabamine will likely enhance the efficacy of PD-1 / PD-L1 mAb in breast cancer and expand the use of PD-1 / PD-L1 mAb in the beneficiary population of breast cancer
The primary objective of the study was to assess the appropriateness of antiviral therapy with nirmatrelvir-ritonavir in hospitalized patients.
The study will be conducted in about 51 participants in total. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic profile and preliminary antitumor efficacy of Hemay181 in patients with advanced solid tumors.
