NCT ID: NCT05963490 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Microsatellite Stable Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Regorafenib Alone or in Combination With High/Low-dose Radiotherapy Plus Toripalimab for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

SLOT
Start date: April 25, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The study compares the efficacy and safety of regorafenib alone or in combination with stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) and low-dose radiotherapy (LDRT) plus toripalimab in patients with microsatellite stable metastatic colorectal cancer (MSS mCRC). Patients are randomly assigned (1:1) into the control arm and the experimental arm. Control arm: a total of 45 patients will receive regorafenib monotherapy. Experimental arm: a total of 45 patients will first receive 1 cycle of regorafenib and toripalimab followed by SABR/LDRT radiotherapy. Regorafenib and toripalimab will be continued after the completion of radiotherapy. The objective response rate (ORR), survival benefits, and adverse effects will be analyzed.

NCT ID: NCT05963386 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Solid Tumor

Clinical Evaluation of 177Lu-DOTA-EB-FAPI in Patients With Various Solid Tumors

Start date: February 22, 2023
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Increased fibroblast activation protein expression is positively correlated with the aggressiveness of cancer. Radiolabeled fibroblast activation protein inhibitor therapy, also known as radioligand therapy has become a novel treatment for patients with refractory cancer and disease progression after multiple-lines treatment. However, a major problem in the therapeutic use of 177Lu-DOTA-FAPI has been its short half-life and fast rate of clearance. This study was designed to evaluate the safety and tolerabilityof a long-lasting radiolabeled fibroblast activation protein inhibitor 177Lu-DOTA-EB-FAPI in patients with various refractory solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05963347 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma

Go-CHOP as the Frontline Therapy for PTCL

Start date: August 3, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase 2 Study to investigate the safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity of golidocitinib in Combination with CHOP as the front-line Treatment for Participants with Peripheral T-cell Lymphomas (PTCL).

NCT ID: NCT05963100 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Safety and Efficacy of TCR-like CAR-T

Clinical Study of TCR-like CAR-T Cell Targeted MSLN in the Treatment of Ovarian Cancer

Start date: July 18, 2023
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to test TCR-like CAR-T in the Treatment of MSLN positive Ovarian Cancer. The main question it aims to answer are: the safety and efficacy of TCR-like CAR-T in the Treatment of MSLN positive Ovarian Cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05963035 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Clear Cell Sarcoma of Soft Tissue

Clinical Application of 18F-PFPN PET Imaging in Diagnosis and Staging of Clear Cell Sarcoma of Soft Tissue

Start date: June 21, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study is a prospective monocentric study aimed to evaluate the diagnosis and staging value of 18F-PFPN PET in clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue. Patients with clinically suspected or confirmed clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue will be recruited and 18F-PFPN PET/MR imaging will be performed. PET/CT imaging will be performed in patients with contraindications to MR. Additionally, to compare the diagnostic efficacy with the traditional imaging agent 18F-FDG, patients will also undergo 18F-FDG PET imaging, and the two imaging intervals will be completed two days apart. The general information, clinical data, 18F-PFPN and 18F-FDG PET/MR or PET/CT imaging results and other imaging data of the patients will be collected. The histopathology of the biopsy or surgical specimen, follow-up and other imaging examinations will be taken as evaluation references. This study plans to set the sample size as 10 cases.

NCT ID: NCT05962892 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

A Study of Factors Influencing Recurrence After Thermal Ablation of Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma

Start date: February 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

A prospective cohort of papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC), patients who received thermal ablation in our hospital since February 2023 was established as the study object. Preoperative and postoperative demographic data, ultrasonography, other relevant laboratory tests, and thyroid disease-related scales such as fatigue, depression, and stress were collected. The influencing factors of PTC recurrence were analyzed.

NCT ID: NCT05962840 Recruiting - Clinical trials for ANCA Associated Vasculitis

Efficacy and Safety for Rituximab Combined With Telitacicept in the Treatment of ANCA-associated Vasculitis (TTCAAVREM)

Start date: June 29, 2023
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

This study is a prospective, open-labelled, randomized, controlled, single-center clinical trial. The aim of this study is to investigate the remission rate of patients treated with Telitacicept combined with Rituximab in remission-induction and Telitacicept alone in remission-maintain treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05962528 Recruiting - Myopia Clinical Trials

NCT ID: NCT05962450 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Adoptive Autologous iNKT Cells for the Treatment of Progressed Hepatocellular Carcinoma Continuing on PD-1 Inhibitor Therapy

Start date: October 26, 2023

The goal of this clinical trial is to explore the efficacy and safety of autologous iNKT cells in patients with progressed hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after treatment with PD-1 antibody. The main question it aims to answer are: - the efficacy of autologous iNKT cells in patients with progressed HCC after treatment with PD-1 antibody. - the safety of autologous iNKT cells in patients with progressed HCC after treatment with PD-1 antibody. Participants will be randomized 1:1 to receive Regorafenib + PD-1 + iNKT cells (RPI group) or the treatment of Regorafenib + PD-1 (RP group). Researchers will compare RPI group and RP group to see whether the iNKT cells can achieve a better therapeutic effect on HCC patients with PD-1 resistance.
