Esomeprazole/Vonoprazan Combined With High-dose Amoxicillin Dual Therapy for Primary Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

This study intends to collect the clinical data of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection, and to observe and count the high-dose double therapy and the traditional quadruple / triple therapy ( i.e., esomeprazole + amoxicillin double high-dose double therapy and esomeprazole + amoxicillin + clarithromycin + colloidal bismuth tartrate traditional quadruple therapy or Vonoprazan + amoxicillin double high-dose double therapy and Vonoprazan + amoxicillin + clarithromycin triple therapy ). The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was compared between the two different regimens respectively, and the efficacy, safety and compliance of different regimens were compared. It provides a new reference for clinical treatment of Helicobacter pylori, and has great clinical value and significance for simplifying the anti-Helicobacter-pylori treatment plan, increasing patient compliance, and exploring efficient anti-Helicobacter-pylori therapy suitable for the Chinese population.

Screening potential candidates who may benefit from surgery remains challenging for patients diagnosed with primary aldosteronism (PA) accompanied by bilateral adrenal lesions. Although adrenal venous sampling is currently the gold standard, it is a technically cumbersome, challenging, and difficult-to-interpret invasive procedure that requires a cutting-edge facility and radiologists with a high level of expertise, which restricts its widespread use. The present study aimed to assess the comprehensive effect of 68Ga-pentixafor positron emission tomography/computer tomography (PET/CT) on guiding surgical treatments for PA patients with bilateral adrenal lesions.

A total of 150 patients with advanced colon cancer were selected by convenience sampling and then were divided into the control group (n = 50), the medium-dose group (n = 50), and the low-dose group (n = 50) using a random number table.Different administration regimens of capecitabine were given, and the treatment course was appropriately extended. The therapeutic effect and incidence of adverse reactions were observed.

The goal of this observational study Replantation following Complete Penile Amputation a case series before and after study is to help andrologist and urologists deal with such rare male emergencies easily in emergency situation. There are only limited case reports of penile amputation, a rare urological emergency with a low treatment success rate, and there are still no advanced, detailed surgical or perioperative treatment plans.The main question[s] it aims to answer are: •The investigators used questionnaire to ask participants who undergo replantation surgery to reply. These are the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) before and after surgery; the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) estimate for urination after surgery; the Quality of Life index (QoL) estimate, which characterized quality of life into 7 categories: happy (0), satisfied (1), general satisfied (2), not bad (3), not too satisfied (4), distressed (5), and terrible (6). The appearance satisfaction score was based on four levels: from unsatisfactory (1), slight unsatisfactory (2), satisfactory (3) to very satisfactory(4). Participants (Patients) only need to reply question above. This is observational before and after case study.
