There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The main purpose of this study is to explore the improvement of renal function before and after the intervention of dorzagliatin in patients with type 2 diabetes.
It is a phase II open label, multicenter study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of HB0025 in patients with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC).
The goal of this observational study is to learn about in Patients treated with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian tumors. The main questions it aims to answer are: • [What symptom clusters are present in patients treated with postoperative chemotherapy for ovarian tumors] • [Are there differences in symptom clusters for patients with different TCM body types] Participants will [complete questionnaires prior to the start of chemotherapy and after the 1st, 3rd, and 6th chemotherapy treatments].
This is a single-center, prospective, observational study intended to include patients receiving TIPS for portal hypertension. Baseline data of enrolled patients were recorded, and samples of ascites, feces and urine were collected before surgery. Venous blood (superior mesenteric vein, hepatic vein, peripheral vein) from different parts of the entero-hepatic axis was retained during operation, and patients were followed up regularly for 2 years. The incidence of infection, hepatic encephalopathy, upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and ascites in patients with portal hypertension who received TIPS intervention were observed within 3 months after operation. And the stent patency was observed within 2 years after surgery. To investigate the characteristics of microbial, protein and metabolic components on enterohepatic axis and their relationship with prognosis of patients with cirrhosis by detecting microbiome, proteome and metabolome.
The goal of this clinical trial is to explore the impact of Simple Gymnastics Training on Limb motor function and mental health in Parkinson's Patients in the Community (≥60 year old) with swallowing disorders. It primarily aims to address two key aspects: 1) the prevalence of Parkinson's Diseases among community-dwelling elderly individuals, and 2) the effects of Simple Gymnastics Training on Limb motor function and mental health in community-dwelling Parkinson's Patients. All patients are required to undergo a continuous three-week (21 days) Simple Gymnastics Training, with weekends off and training conducted only on weekdays. The training will be conducted two sessions per day, lasting 30 minutes each.
The goal of this observational study is to learn about the value of multimodal ultrasound in early detection of left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD). The main questions it aims to answer are: 1. If first-phase ejection fraction(EF1)could early detect the left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients with CKD. 2. Whether EF1 can detect left ventricular systolic dysfunction in patients with CKD more sensitively than speckle-tracking echocardiography and myocardial work. Participants will need to cooperate to do an echocardiography. Researchers will compare healthy volunteers and patients with CKD to see if EF1 could early detect the left ventricular systolic dysfunction.
Melasma is a refractory skin disease due to its complex pathogenesis and difficult treatment. Studies have found that human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes (hUCMSC-Exos) could serve as a novel cell-free therapeutic strategy in regenerative and aesthetic medicine. It could potentially treat melasma, but the skin barrier is a challenge. This study aims to explore the safety and efficacy of hUCMSC-Exos in the treatment of melasma and means to promote its percutaneous penetration.
This Phase Ib/II clinical study is an open-label, multi-cohort, two-stage trial designed to assess the safety and efficacy of different doses of TT-00420 tablets in combination with Toripalimab injection for treating patients with advanced urological tumors. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of TT-00420 tablets at the optimal dose combined with Toripalimab in treating different types of advanced urological tumors.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Disitamab Vedotin Combined with Cadonilimab in subjects with HER2-expressing locally advanced or metastatic gastric cancer and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma after progression on first-line therapy.
The goal of this observational study is to identify the characteristics of brain functional connectivity in refractory constipation and fluoxetine-sensitive patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Investigating the alterations in brain functional connectivity in patients with refractory constipation and fluoxetine-sensitive patients - Assessing the predictive value of brain functional connectivity regarding the efficacy of fluoxetine and standard protocol treatments for constipation. Participants will receive: - Standard physiological and psychological assessments of constipation - BOLD-fMRI tests - Standard protocol and fluoxetine treatment If there is a comparison group: Researchers will compare: Refractory group/Fluoxetine sensitive group to see the specific brain alterations.
