NCT ID: NCT04066491 Terminated - Cholangiocarcinoma Clinical Trials

Gemcitabine Plus Cisplatin With or Without Bintrafusp Alfa (M7824) in Participants With 1L BTC

Start date: September 20, 2019
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Study consisted of an open-label, safety run-in part and a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 2/3 part. In the Phase 2/3 part, the study was evaluated whether bintrafusp alfa in combination with the current standard of care (SoC) (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) improves overall survival (OS) in chemotherapy and immunotherapy-naïve participants with locally advanced or metastatic Biliary Tract Cancer (BTC) compared to placebo, gemcitabine and cisplatin.

NCT ID: NCT04047771 Terminated - Clinical trials for Peritoneal Carcinomatosis

A Phase I Study Evaluating SCB-313 for the Treatment of Subjects With Peritoneal Carcinomatosis

Start date: September 10, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the safety and tolerability of SCB-313 in patients with peritoneal carcinomatosisa, to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or extended study recommended dose (RDE) for SCB-313 intraperitoneal injection, providing a basis for dosing regimen and dose choosing in clinical trial subsequently.

NCT ID: NCT04044170 Terminated - NSCLC Clinical Trials

Poziotinib in Patients With NSCLC Having EGFR or HER2 Exon 20 Insertion Mutation

Start date: July 30, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 2, open-label, multicenter study to evaluate the efficacy and the safety/tolerability of poziotinib in two patient cohorts for up to 114 previously treated NSCLC patients with any systemic therapy (57 patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations and 57 patients with HER2 exon 20 insertion mutations).

NCT ID: NCT04040621 Terminated - Clinical trials for Hospitalized Children With Suspected or Confirmed Nosocomial Pneumonia

Single-dose PK Study of Ceftazidime-Avibactam In Hospitalized Children Receiving Systemic Antibiotics for Nosocomial Pneumonia

Start date: June 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, multinational, open label single dose pharmacokinetic (PK) study enrolling at least 32 subjects. The study aims to characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) of a single intravenous dose of CAZ AVI in pediatric subjects aged 3 months to less than 18 years who are receiving systemic antibiotic therapy for suspected or confirmed nosocomial pneumonia, including ventilator associated pneumonia.

NCT ID: NCT04035668 Terminated - Sjögren Syndrome Clinical Trials

A Phase 2 Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of LOU064 in Patients With Moderate to Severe Sjögren's Syndrome

LOUiSSe
Start date: July 12, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This was an adaptive design phase 2 study to establish safety and efficacy; and to characterize the dose-response of LOU064 in subjects with moderate to severe Sjögren's syndrome. LOU064 is an oral Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor.

NCT ID: NCT04027855 Terminated - Clinical trials for Collection of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells by Means of Apheresis

A Study on the Collection of Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells From Healthy Volunteers for the Development of Allogeneic Cellular Immunotherapy Products

Start date: September 26, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of the study is to collect peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from healthy volunteers for the research and development of allogeneic cellular immunotherapy products.

NCT ID: NCT04009460 Terminated - Neoplasms Clinical Trials

A Study of ES101 (PD-L1x4-1BB Bispecific Antibody) in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: June 28, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerance and Dose-Limiting Toxicity (DLT) of recombinant humanized PD-L1/4-1BB bispecific antibody (ES101) in patients with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04003818 Terminated - Clinical trials for Clostridium Difficile Infection-associated Diarrhea and Colitis

Efficacy and Safety of Teicoplanin in CDAD

Start date: May 15, 2020
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Primary Objective: Explore the efficacy of teicoplanin (100-200 mg administered orally twice a day for 7 to 14 days) in patients with Clostridium difficile infection-associated diarrhea and colitis Secondary Objective: Evaluate the safety of teicoplanin in patients with Clostridium difficile infection-associated diarrhea and colitis

NCT ID: NCT04002622 Terminated - Clinical trials for Relapsed or Refractory Primary Mediastinal B-cell Lymphoma (rrPMBCL)

Study of TQB2450 Injection in Subjects With Relapsed or Refractory Primary Mediastinal Large B-cell Lymphoma

Start date: August 6, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

TQB2450 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death ligand-1 (PD-L1), which prevents PD-L1 from binding to PD-1 and B7.1 receptors on T cell surface, restores T cell activity, thus enhancing immune response and has potential to treat various types of tumors.

NCT ID: NCT04000529 Terminated - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Phase Ib Study of TNO155 in Combination With Spartalizumab or Ribociclib in Selected Malignancies

Start date: July 30, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study was a Phase Ib, multi-center, open-label study of TNO155 in combination with spartalizumab or ribociclib with a dose escalation part followed by a dose expansion part in adult subjects with advanced solid tumors. These two treatment arms enrolled subjects in parallel to characterize the safety, tolerability, PK, PD and preliminary antitumor activity. The study treatment was administered until the subject experienced unacceptable toxicity, progressive disease, and/or had treatment discontinued at the discretion of the Investigator or the subject, or due to withdrawal of consent.
