There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Based on the evaluation of preoperative physical indicators and radiologic indicators of cervical surgery, this study puts forward effective indicators for predicting difficult airway before operation, and establishes a comprehensive decision support system of difficult airway evaluation, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the early warning of difficult airway before cervical spondylosis surgery.
Comparison and evaluation of the difference in clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with surrounding acupuncture and sham electroacupuncture groups and control group (ice compress combined with brake rest group) in the treatment of ALAS by means of musculoskeletal ultrasound technique.
Ovarian cancer ranks third in the incidence of gynecologic malignancies, while mortality ranks first. The tumor marker CA125 is the most concerned tumor marker in the clinical monitoring prognosis of ovarian cancer, and an elevated CA125 indicates a later stage and a worse prognosis. However about 20% of patients with ovarian cancer have low CA125 expression. Therefore, CA125 is not sensitive to some ovarian cancers with a high risk of recurrence. How to improve the diagnostic performance of these CA125-insensitive patients is a difficult problem in current research. Minimal residual disease (MRD) refers to the residual tumor components in the body of tumor patients after achieving complete remission through treatment. MRD detection is mainly achieved by liquid biopsy, and residual tumor components can be detected by circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA). This study aims to explore the value of MRD (ctDNA) in the risk assessment of CA125 non sensitive ovarian cancer populations by combining ctDNA with traditional imaging and serological tumor markers.
This is a phase I, open-label, single-arm study conducted to evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, and preliminary efficacy of CGC729 with Relapsed or Metastatic advanced renal cell carcinoma. Condition or disease:Renal Cell Carcinoma Intervention/treatment: Biological: CD70 CAR-NKT cells Phase 1
The purpose of this observational study is discovering potential biomarkers to predict antidepressant treatment response in patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) while comparing the transcriptomic changes between patients with MDD and healthy controls as well as before and after antidepressant treatment. Eligible patients will be assessed at Week 1, Week 2, Week 4 and Week 8 while healthy normal volunteers will only be evaluated at baseline. Assessments will include the following: an interview about mental and physical health, a physical examination including drawing of venous blood samples and several psychiatric rating scales.
An open label, dose exploratory clinical study to evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of OriCAR-017 in R/RMM
This study aims to explore the prognostic value of pathological remission after one cycle of induction chemotherapy in locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and the change of immune micro-environment after one cycle induction chemotherapy, including the density of immune cells infiltration and tertiary lymphoid structures.
The latest research has found that the use of positron-labeled FAP inhibitors for targeting FAP has achieved very good results in displaying tumor stroma, especially for tumors with poor FDG PET/CT observation, such as liver cancer, renal cancer, and gastric cancer. Although the studies were based on small sample data or case reports, they achieved significantly better results than 18F-FDG [13,15-17]. For patients who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, using FAPI PET/CT and FDG PET/CT imaging may have guiding significance for your treatment. If distant metastasis is found, information such as the location, size, and quantity of metastasis can be provided to provide objective imaging information for further treatment; We will promptly provide detailed information to you and your supervising physician, who will guide your personalized treatment. The drugs used have undergone strict quality inspection, and currently, no adverse reactions have been found in multiple medical institutions both domestically and internationally. If you experience any discomfort, new changes in your condition, or any unexpected circumstances during the study period, regardless of whether it is related to the study or not, you should promptly notify your doctor or contact our research leader. He/she will make a judgment and provide appropriate medical treatment. We will provide a certain proportion of compensation for any additional visits and expenses incurred during this examination. The entire research process is under the supervision of relevant departments of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital. If you encounter any questions during the research process, you can consult the research doctor.
The incidence of metabolic syndrome and related diseases is gradually increasing, and diet and medication are currently common outpatient treatment methods. This study retrospectively analyzes the clinical data of patients with metabolic syndrome and related diseases who have visited our outpatient department in the past 10 years, compares the therapeutic effects of different treatment methods on their blood glucose, blood lipids, blood pressure, uric acid, and body composition, and provides evidence support for clinical treatment.
The goal of this clinical trial is to test the safety and effectiveness of the ERAS protocols compared to a conventional care protocols in patients who received emergency laparotomy. The main question it aims to answer are: • Can the ERAS protocols be used safely and effectively in patients undergoing emergency laparotomy? Participants will be randomised into the ERAS group and the conventional group and will be given the ERAS protocols and the conventional protocols in the perioperative period. Researchers will compare the ERAS group with the conventional group to see if the ERAS programme is effective.
