There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The goal of this phase II single arm prospective clinical study is to evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of pamiparib + tamoxifen regimen in epithelial ovarian cancer patients with biochemical recurrence during first-line PARPi maintenance therapy. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Effect of the regimen on the reduction of CA125 - The delayed effect of treatment regimens on the patient's radiographic progression
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of eating 6 hours after Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL). At present, ESWL and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) are the routine ways to treat pancreatic duct stones. For large stones (diameter > 5mm) , ESWL often needs to be performed many times. In clinical practice, fasting for 24 hours after surgery is often used, but long-term fasting brings strong discomfort to patients. However, the consensus for initiation timing of oral nutrition has not yet been established after ESWL. Thus, we design this trial to evaluate the safety of early feeding based on 6 hours parameter instead of the consensus definition.
The primary goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the effect of Danning Tablet on shrinkage of gallbladder polyps compared to lifestyle intervention in 336 patients with gallbladder polyps. The main questions it aims to answer are: - Medicine may be effective on shrinkage of gallbladder polyps and alleviation of clinical symptoms of gallbladder polyps. - Chinese patent medicine (herbal medicine) may be safety in treatment of gallbladder polyps.
This study is a prospective observational study, which involves a cohort of 2000 all-sex and all-ethnic people aged 60 years and above with permanent residence in Tianma area, SheMountain Town, Songjiang District (suburban area), Shanghai. Demographic information, neuropsychiatric scale, peripheral blood, APOE genotype, brain MRI, speech information, AV45-PET, FDG-PET, Tau-PET, GLP-1R PET, and cholinergic receptor probe (ASEM) PET were collected and analyzed. Follow-up visits were performed twice a year for 4 visits, and neuropsychiatric scales and biological samples were collected at each follow-up visit to construct a diagnostic model for patients with mild cognitive impairment, or Alzheimer's disease, as well as a predictive model for the progression of cognitive impairment.
Amlodipine Besylate Controlled-release Tablets in Healthy Volunteers in a Randomized, Open, Two-cycle, Double-cross, Fasting State Comparative Pharmacokinetic Study. Major objective: Taking amlodipine besylate controlled-release tablets (specification: 5 mg) developed by Overseas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. as the test preparation and amlodipine besylate tablets (trade name: Luohuoxi, specification: 5 mg) produced by Pfizer Inc. as the control preparation, the pharmacokinetics parameters of the single oral administration test preparation and the control preparation in China healthy volunteers were investigated and compared in an fasting state. Secondary objective: To evaluate the safety of single oral administration of test preparation and control preparation in China healthy volunteers on an empty stomach.
HSCT is an effective method to cure hematologic malignancies. However, the reproductive system is prone to be damaged during radiotherapy and chemotherapy before transplantation, leading to ovarian failure, followed by infertility and premature ovarian failure (POF), which seriously affect the long-term quality of life of patients. This clinical trial aimed to observe the effect of Gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues (GnRHa) on ovarian function in women of reproductive age after HSCT, so as to provide clinical evidence for whether GnRHa should be used for the prevention of POF.
Chemotherapy is generally needed for advanced gastric cancer, and cisplatin is the main chemotherapy drug. However, there are many adverse reactions, including bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions, renal toxicity and neurotoxicity. These adverse reactions can affect the comfort and compliance of patients during treatment. At present, it is necessary to reduce adverse reactions of cisplatin and increase the chemotherapy sensitivity of gastric cancer to cisplatin. Recent studies have found that disulfiram has a potential anti-tumor effect. The disulfiram has shown significant in vivo and in vitro anti-tumor activity in preclinical studies, and has become a potential candidate drug for tumor treatment as an adjuvant in various clinical trials. In this clinical study, cisplatin combined with disulfiram is mainly used to treat advanced gastric cancer.
Central nervous system (CNS) leukemia is a poor prognostic factor for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Thiotepa can penetrate the blood-brain barrier and has immunosuppressive effects and similar effects to irradiation in allo-HSCT. This project aims to investigate whether the TBF regimen is superior to the traditional modified BuCY2 regimen to improve the long-term survival of the CNS leukemia patients.
A prospective randomized trial to validate the efficacy and safety of rapamycin coated peripheral balloon catheter in the treatment of femoral popliteal artery disease.
The tumor treating fields(EFE-P100)generates alternating electric field during operation, and the tumor treating fields(EFE-P100)has a specific frequency and a specific field intensity. The tumor treating fields(EFE-P100)patch acts on the corresponding part of the patient and prevents the mitosis of tumor cells. This study was divided into two phases including phase II and phase III clinical trials. The main purpose of phase II clinical trial is to evaluate the safety of tumor treating fields(EFE-P100) combined with docetaxel injection in the second-line treatment of stage IV non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients who failed after platinum-containing chemotherapy and anti-programmed Death 1(PD-1)/Programmed Cell Death-Ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody treatment. The main purpose of phase III clinical trial is to compare the efficacy of tumor treating fields(EFE-P100) combined with docetaxel injection and docetaxel injection alone in the second-line treatment of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients who failed after platinum-containing chemotherapy and anti-programmed Death 1(PD-1)/Programmed Cell Death-Ligand 1(PD-L1) antibody treatment.
