NCT ID: NCT05694273 Not yet recruiting - Arrhythmia Clinical Trials

Acute Cerebrovascular Events in Patients Undergoing Catheter Ablation

CENTRAL
Start date: January 15, 2025
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study aims to evaluate the incidence, clinical characteristics, and short-term prognosis of acute cerebrovascular events occurring in-hospital in patients with arrhythmias following catheter ablation. The goal is to provide evidence supporting the improvement of patient quality of life and reduction of in-hospital acute cerebrovascular complications in patients with post-ablation arrhythmias. This will also contribute to the evidence-based clinical management of such patients.

NCT ID: NCT05692011 Not yet recruiting - Sepsis Clinical Trials

AN69ST Verse PS in CBP in Septic Children

Start date: May 1, 2024
Phase:
Study type: Observational

In septic shock, dysregulated host responses to pathogens lead to cytokine storms that damage host tissues and organs, further contributing to the development of organ dysfunction and increased mortality. For sepsis, blood purification can remove inflammatory factors in sepsis by filtration or adsorption, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing inflammatory mediators in the body. However, there are few prospective randomized controlled studies in children. Therefore, this study intends to compare the efficacy and prognosis of different membrane on children with sepsis through a perspective cohort study, so as to provide a corresponding basis for the treatment of children with sepsis blood purification.

NCT ID: NCT05690035 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

Tislelizumab Combined With Fruquintinib for Metastatic pMMR/MSS Colorectal Cancer

Start date: February 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is an open-label phase II study, with the aim of investigating the efficacy and safety of Tislelizumab + Fruquintinib combination therapy in ARID1A-mutated pMMR/MSS metastatic colorectal cancer who have been treated with standard chemotherapy that includes fluoropyrimidine, oxaliplatin, and irinotecan. Patients with hypermutated CRC that carries POLE/POLD1 mutations cannot be included.

NCT ID: NCT05689216 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Corona Virus Infection

Timed Awake Prone and Repositioning for Patients With Covid-19-induced Hypoxic Respiratory Failure.

Start date: January 18, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Awake prone positioning has been reported to improve oxygenation for patients with COVID-19. Awake timed and repositioning is a novel method to improve patients' compliance and prolong the prone time. This study aims to explore the impact of timed prone and repositioning on the intubation rate and prognosis of COVID-19 patients with hypoxic respiratory failure.
