There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
This is a phase 3, multicentri, randomised, open label study. The purpose is to investigate the safety and efficacy of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) combined with transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) and lenvatinib (LEN) in the treatment of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma with portal vein tumor thrombus.
This is Phase 3, randomized, double-blind, parallel controlled study designed to evaluate the Progression Free Survive (PFS) of TQB2450 injection combined with Paclitaxel Injection and Carboplatin Injection Followed by TQB2450 injection combined with Anlotinib Hydrochloride Capsules versus Tislelizumab injection combined with Paclitaxel Injection and Carboplatin Injection followed by Tislelizumab injection in locally advanced (stage ⅢB/ⅢC) and metastatic or recurrent (Stage IV) squamous NSCLC subjects. The primary endpoint is PFS assessed by IRC.
To assess the feasibility and safety of Maximal cytoreductive therapies in patients with de novo mCSPC who achieve ≤10 oligopersistent metastases on PSMA PET CT after initial 3-month systemic treatment with apalutamide plus ADT. Maximal cytoreductive therapies consist of 1.cytoreductive radical prostatectomy with/without PLND guided by post-treatment PET 2.metastasis-directed therapy with radiation guided by post-treatment oligopersistent metastases. All patients receive continuous systemic treatment with apalutamide plus ADT.
The aim of this research was to determine the influence of ulinastatin on nondepolarising muscle relaxants Rocuronium and Cisatracurium.
COVID-19 has swept the world, and while some people may experience long-term cognitive decline as a result of infection, no effective treatment has been announced. The primary goal of this study was to determine the efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection, as well as to assess the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on brain function in patients with COVID-19-related cognitive decline. In this study, approximately 80 people were randomly assigned to either hyperbaric oxygen or regular oxygen therapy to compare the effects of these two treatments on disease.
Cervical dystonia (CD), also known as spasmodic torticollis, is a type of focal dystonia, mainly manifesting as involuntary head turning or tilting, or holding a twisted posture. Although it can be alleviated by injection of botulinum toxin, the effect is temporary so that patients require multiple injections. Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) targeting on globus pallidus internus (GPi) or subthalamic nucleus (STN) has been proved to be a safe and effective strategy for primary cervical dystonia, even for those medically refractory cases. However, the question of which target is better has not been clarified. Therefore, the invstigators design this randomized and controlled trial, aiming to compare the differences between GPi-DBS and STN-DBS for cervical dystonia in the improvement of symptoms , quality of life, mental status, cognitive status, as well as in stimulation parameters and adverse effects. The invstigators hypothesize that STN-DBS will outperform GPi-DBS at short-term follow-up, while the superiority will disappear and the efficacy of the two group will become similar at long-term follow-up.
The number of sudden cardiac death is up to 540,000 every year in China. Inherited cardiovascular disease is a common cause of sudden cardiac death in young people, and diseases often have the characteristics of family aggregation, so it has a huge psychological and economic burden on family members. Studying the etiology of sudden cardiac death from the molecular level under the model of precision medicine is helpful for screening patients and their relatives so as to further diagnosis, treatment and management, which has important clinical and social significance.
This trial is a prospective, single-arm, multi-center clinical trial. Four hospitals with national medical trial institution qualifications are selected as clinical trial centers. Qualified participants will receive endoscopic ultrasound-guided laser ablation by LaserPro Diode Laser System according to the routine procedures. The results will be recorded according to the requirements of the primary and secondary efficacy indicators. After then, statistical comparisons of effectiveness and safety of the procedure will be made according to groups.
This is a multi-center, open-label, non-controlled, single-arm clinical trial to evaluate the safety, efficacy and population pharmacokinetics of Amphotericin B cholesteryl Sulfate Complex for Injection domestic formulations (ABCD) in the treatment of confirmed invasive candidiasis (IC) and confirmed/clinically diagnosed invasive aspergillus (IA) disease.
The optimal treatment for oligometastatic prostate cancer (OMPC) is still on its way. Accumulating evidence has proven the safety and feasibility of radical prostatectomy and local or metastasis-directed radiotherapy for oligometastatic patients. The aim of this trial is to compare the safety and feasibility outcomes of metastasis-directed neoadjuvant radiotherapy (naRT) and neoadjuvant androgen deprivation therapy (naADT) followed by robotic-assisted radical prostatectomy (RARP) to ADT combined with abiraterone for treating OMPC.
