There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this trial is to explore the optimal AI value for isolating the pulmonary veins and achieving left ventricular apex and mitral isthmus block. Patients with atrial fibrillation who are scheduled to undergo catheter ablation will be randomized to different groups, then every group receive circumferential pulmonary vein isolation with different AI values. The relevant indicators such as the proportion of pulmonary vein single-circle isolation, operation time, the incidence of complications, and the proportion of recurrence of atrial fibrillation and other atrial arrhythmias after 1 year were collected.
To meet the needs of both operators and patients, moderate and deep sedation has been widely used in digestive endoscopy, which is invasive and painful. With its pleasant effects, sedation has complications nevertheless. And respiratory depression is the most common one, which makes respiratory monitoring significant. SpO2 and respiratory motion are regularly monitored without satisfying timeliness or sensitivity. Capnography with current device is only able to detect either oral or nasal breathing. The present study was designed to test the effect of the investigator's modified End-Tidal Carbon Dioxide (ETCO2) monitoring device for sedation during endoscopic ultrasonography-guided fine needle aspiration.
Amphoteric regulatory protein (AREG), a member of epidermal growth factor (EGF) family, is expressed in many tumors. Our study confirmed that the expression of AREG in the serum of patients with pancreatic cancer is significantly higher than that of patients with benign pancreatic diseases and healthy people, which is expected to become a new early serum marker of pancreatic cancer. The serum concentration of AREG was detected by traditional ELISA and compared with CA-199, which was a conventional tumor marker of pancreatic cancer. Next, we compare the advantages of using sensor to detect AREG compared with ELISA.
This study proposed applying intravenous Esketamine to cesarean section in parturient, detecting the plasma concentration of Esketamine in maternal blood, neonatal umbilical venous blood and umbilical arterial blood when the baby is delivered ketamine blood drug concentration, observing vital signs, adverse visual analog pain score (VAS), and sedation score (Ramsay) in parturient, neonatal Apgar score 1, 5 to 10 minutes after birth, the umbilical arterial blood gas and neurobehavioral scores (NBNA) 2, 24 hours after the birth. This study aims to address placental transfer, metabolism and analgesic and sedative effects in neonates and parturients of Esketamine so as to explore the feasibility, efficacy and safety of Esketamine as adjuvant medication for cesarean section.
Deficits in memory, executive function, and language are common cognitive sequelae of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH). Previous study demonstrated that post-treatment antiplatelet therapy reduced risk for delayed cerebral ischemia caused by aSAH. However, the effect of antiplatelet therapy on cognition after aSAH is unclear. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of antiplatelet therapy on cognition after aSAH.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether periorbital injection of glucocorticoid is effective and necessary in the treatment of mild TAO.
At present, trastuzumab combined with patuzumab has become the standard neoadjuvant therapy for high-risk HER2 positive breast cancer. TCbHP has been the standard choice of neoadjuvant therapy for HER2 positive breast cancer patients with early high-risk or locally advanced HER2 positive breast cancer. Whether nab-PHP can achieve the same effect as TCbHP is still uncertain.
Currently,6 cycles of Temozolomide adjuvant chemotherapy after concurrent radiotherapy and Temozolomide chemotherapy(STUPP regimen)for newly diagnosed postoperative GBM can increase the 2-year and 5-year overall survival rates of patients to 26.5% and 9.8%, respectively. However, most patients are still unable to avoid tumor recurrence and death.Anlotinib is an efficient multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that effectively block the migration and proliferation of endothelial cells and reduce tumor microvascular density by targeting VEGFRs, FGFRs, PDGFRs. It has been proved to be safe and effective in advanced lung cancer(including NSCLC,SCLC)after second-line standard chemotherapy failure, and advanced soft tissue sarcoma after anthracycline-containing chemotherapy failure. Here, we prepared to evaluate whether the combination of dose-dense Temozolomide and Anlotinib can preferably improved survival of the first recurrent or progressive GBM after STUPP regimen.
The purpose is to evaluate the safety of PEG-rhG-CSF in the prevention of neutropenia in children with tumor after chemotherapy, and then evaluate the effectiveness of PEG-rhG-CSF in preventing neutropenia in children with tumor after chemotherapy.
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) occurs at a high frequency in southern China, northern Africa, and Alaska, with a reported incidence of 30 cases per 100 000 in Guangdong Province. Endoscopic examination and biopsy are the main methods used for detection and diagnosis of NPC. Early NPC patients achieve favourable prognoses after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in compassion with advanced NPC patients. Here, the investigators focused on the utility of artificial intelligence to detect early NPC, which based on white light imaging (WLI) and Narrow-band imaging (NBI) nasoendoscopic examination. Having access to this unique population provides an unprecedented opportunity to investigate the effect of intelligent system on diverse nasopharyngeal lesions detection and develop a novel Computer-Aided Diagnosis System.
