NCT ID: NCT04584008 Recruiting - Colorectal Cancer Clinical Trials

Targeted Agent Evaluation in Digestive Cancers in China Based on Molecular Characteristics

VISIONARY
Start date: September 23, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This a prospective real-world navigation study using tumor DNA sequencing technology to sequence genes of previously treated and refractory gastrointestinal tumors, which are generally considered to be highly heterogeneous and complex, to screen potential molecular targeted drugs for individualized treatment. This study may provide feasibility and response information, which will be the basis for designing better randomized trials, which may change the pattern of cancer treatment. If the hypothesis is finally proved, it will help doctors and molecular biologists to choose the best drug (or combination of drugs) based on the individual oncogenomics of each patient.

NCT ID: NCT04583111 Recruiting - Bowel Preparation Clinical Trials

The Effect of Antiemetics on Bowel Preparation Before Colonoscopy

Start date: March 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 4
Study type: Interventional

Polyethylene glycol (PEG) is one of the most common laxatives used in colonoscopy. However, 5 - 15% of patients can not complete the preparation due to its poor taste and large volume. So this study is aimed to explore the effect of antiemetics on abdominal discomforts associated with PEG.

NCT ID: NCT04583020 Recruiting - Glioblastoma Clinical Trials

Neoadjuvant PD-1 in Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma

Start date: November 12, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this research is to study the safety and efficacy of Camrelizumab treating patients with newly diagnosed glioblastomas.

NCT ID: NCT04582981 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Colorectal Carcinoma

Fruquintinib and Raltitrexed Versus Fruquintinib Monotherapy in Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Start date: September 28, 2020
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A randomized, controlled phase II clinical trial of Fruquintinib combined with Raltitrexed versus Fruquintinib monotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer who had failed second-line or above standard chemotherapy

NCT ID: NCT04582955 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Triple-negative Breast Cancer

Neoadjuvant Treatment of Early Triple-negative Breast Cancer With Chidamide and Chemotherapy

Start date: October 30, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant therapy with Chidamide combined with chemotherapy for stage II - III triple-negative breast cancer, and to compare the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy with Chidamide and chemotherapy alone in the neoadjuvant treatment of stage II - III triple-negative breast cancer

NCT ID: NCT04582877 Recruiting - Myocardial Ischemia Clinical Trials

Pressure Guidewire System Multi-center, Prospective, Self-Control, Clinical Trial

Start date: September 23, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Participants with intermediate-grade coronary stenosis undergo measurement of fractional flow reserve using the test article (Zurich Pressure Guidewire System) and predicate article (Abbott PressureWire System). Both articles are used within the same participant and the FFR values are statistically compared with each other.

NCT ID: NCT04582604 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplantation

Ruxolitinib and Decitabine for High Risk Hematological Malignancies

Start date: September 1, 2020
Phase: Phase 1/Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of Ruxolitinib and Decitabine intensified Conditioning Regimen in Patients with High Risk hematological malignancies undergoing allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation.

NCT ID: NCT04582552 Recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

The Clinical Markers for PARP Inhibitors-related Efficacy in Ovarian Cancer

ROMP
Start date: December 15, 2020
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the most lethal gynecological malignancy. PARP inhibitors(PARPi) are an important progress in EOC treatment. The available evidence suggests that BRCAmt or HRD-positive is an effective biological marker for PARPi. However, in our previous clinical observation, it was found that the tumor burden may be the potential clinical markers PARPi. We intend to develop a real-world study to confirm the potential clinical markers and explore new clinical markers for PARPi.

NCT ID: NCT04582136 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Efficacy and Safety of Sirolimus in Active Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

SIRIUS
Start date: March 4, 2021
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multi-center, double-blinded, randomized, placebo-controlled, phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sirolimus administered in addition to standard therapy, in patients with active SLE disease.

NCT ID: NCT04581876 Recruiting - Pancreatic Cancer Clinical Trials

The Safety and Efficacy of the Combination of Raltitrexed for Injection and Nab-Paclitaxel in Advanced Pancreatic Cancer

Start date: November 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The present study is intended to investigate the safety and efficacy of the patients with confirmed advanced pancreatic cancer after treating with the combination of raltitrexed for injection and nab-paclitaxel.
