LDT Combined With TDF to Improve EGFR Decreasing in Patients With Chronic Hepatitis B Treated With TDF

Chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is an important public health problem in the world. There are still more than 250 million chronic hepatitis B virus (CHB) infected people in the world. Its preventive effect has reached a relatively ideal effect, but its therapeutic effect still has great room for improvement. Tenofovir(TDF) is the first-line antiviral treatment with good clinical efficacy. However, some patients who take TDF for a long time have different degrees of renal dysfunction, which limits the use of TDF in these patients. Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate (TAF) has better plasma stability and stronger liver targeting, and reduces the side effects of renal function damage and bone mineral density reduction. Telbivudine (LDT), a nucleoside analogue, has the advantages of rapidly reducing HBV viral load and high HBeAg seroconversion rate. In addition, prospective studies have shown that LDT can improve the estimated glomerular filtration rate (EGFR).Therefore, this study aims to explore the clinical study of LDT combined with TDF and TAF in patients treated with tenofovir and EGFR < 90ml / min / 1.72m².

This study is a two stage study consisting of a dose escalation phase Ib and a phase II study which include subjects with previously-treated, advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Dose Limiting Toxicities (DLTs) and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of APG1387 in combination with nab-paclitaxel and gemcitabine will be evaluated in the dose escalation phase Ib. Safety and efficacy of APG1387 plus gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel will be evaluated in phase II.

Immunotherapy has achieved significant therapeutic effect in DNA mismatch repair-deficient or microsatellite instability-high (dMMR/MSI-H) colorectal cancer (CRC) , more than fifty percent of dMMR/MSI-H CRC patients might get pathological complete response(pCR) after PD-1 monoclonal antibody treatment. For distant rectal cancer(RC), radical resection and neoadjuvant chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy might cause lots of treatment cost,damage to defecation and sexual function, acute toxicity, chronic dysfunction, even loss of anus and psychological disorder. This study aims to evaluate the effect and safety of watch and wait in patients with dMMR/MSI-H distal RC accessed pCR after PD-1 monoclonal antibody therapy.

The Metabolic Characteristics in Sublobar Areas of PRE Based on FDG-PET Study

Epilepsy is a chronic brain disease that is caused by various factors and characterized by recurrent, episodic and temporary central nervous system dysfunction. In the past few decades, despite the continuous development of antiepileptic drugs, there are still 20%-30% patients with epilepsy progressing to pharmacoresistant epilepsy (PRE), which leads to a significant increase in the morbidity and mortality of epilepsy. For those fraction of PRE, surgical treatment may be the only possible way to cure epilepsy. Accurate presurgical evaluation play an important role in making surgery decision and defining surgical extent and achieve better surgical outcome. Imaging, especially interictal fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose-positron emission tomography (FDG-PET) is widely used in preoperative evaluation, which is of great significance in the detection of epileptogenic foci. Previous studies on FDG-PET have found that FDG-PET has a wide range of hypometabolism inpatients of PRE varying from different epileptic origins. Therefore, exploring the characteristics of glucose metabolism originating in different brain areas of resistant epilepsy can help to better interpret the results of FDG-PET and guide the preoperative localization of such patiens and better understand the potential mechanism of seizure propagation in PRE.

Clinical follow-up included hospitalization, postoperative telephone or outpatient follow-up. Objective to compare the safety and efficacy of drug-eluting balloon and drug-eluting stent implantation alone in the treatment of primary mediana 010 or 001 left main bifurcation lesions.
