There are about 36818 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in China. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
Gemcitabine-based chemotherapy or combination with FOLFIRINOX is the leading treatment of pancreatic cancer. However, the overall response rate of pancreatic cancer to gemcitabine is less than 20%. Resistance to gemcitabine is the most important reason. There is an urgent need to develop new combination therapies to improve the efficiency of chemotherapy, avoid toxicity limitations, and improve the overall prognosis of pancreatic cancer. At present, it has been found that canagliflozin can reduce the expression level of PD-L1 in pancreatic cancer and restore the vitality of CD8+ T cells. Canagliflozin combined with gemcitabine may improve the efficiency of chemotherapy.
This study is an open, prospective, single-center, single-arm study expanded based on the study of NCT03412409.The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the transplantation efficacy of the RIC conditioning regimen in elderly patients receiving the transplantation of haploidentical hematopoietic stem cells. Elderly patients are defined as ≥55 years of age; High comorbidity is defined as an HCT-CI score ≥3.Primary endpoint is 1-year LFS. Secondary endpoints are 1-year OS and 1-year TRM, Other indicators to be assessed in this study include acute GVHD, chronic GVHD, CMV activation, EBV activation, engraftment.
We will be able to investigate in a sample of patients free of antidepressants whether acupuncture is more effective than placebo.
This project is focusing on who have locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and have undergone neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapy, followed by surgical resection. The exclusive MRD (Minimal residual disease) probe consists of an exclusive "molecular label" formulated according to the individual genome mutation profile and 21 critical tumor driver genes. By continuously monitoring each patient's ctDNA dynamics, changes in ctDNA concentration or ctDNA-MRD negative/positive results will serve as the primary indicators to assess the efficacy and prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
This is a non-randomized, open-label, Phase 1b clinical study to evaluate the safety, tolerability and anti-tumor efficacy of SHR0302 as monotherapy in patients with relapsed/refractory peripheral T/NK cell lymphoma. Around 7-18 patients will be subsequently enrolled into 3 different dose ascending cohorts. Additional 12-18 patients may be enrolled to further explore a selected dose defined by dose escalation cohorts.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the suture-mediated closure system produced by Suzhou Hengrui Hongyuan Medical Technology Co., Ltd. following endovascular peripheral arterial procedures.
Transcervical resection of myoma(TCRM) has a good therapeutic effect while the probability of complete resection of type I and II fibroids is only 55% per procedure on average and a significant number of patients have fibroid remained. At present, there is no standardized treatment option for reducing the remaining submucous fibroids volume and preventing its recurrence after TCRM.The present prospective, multicentre, randomised controlled clinical trial will enrol women after TCRM and treat them with mifepristone(10mg)or GnRHa(3.60mg)for 3 to 6 months, investigating the effective and cost-effective treatment options after fibroids with TCRM,thus to provide evidence and effectual regiments for reducing remaining fibroids volume and preventing its recurrence.
Magnetocardiography (MCG) is a promising noninvasive and accurate method for detecting myocardial infarction. Although progress has been made in this area, there is a lack of studies using up-to-date examination instruments for the calibration of MCG analysis. This is a prospective single-center study aiming to build accurate analytical models of MCG to detect myocardial infarction. Myocardial infarction are diagnosed by electrocardiogram, biomarkers (high-sensitivity cardiac troponin, etc), or non-invasive imaging (cardiac magnetic resonance or single-photon-emission tomography). Myocardial infarction is also quantified by cardiac magnetic resonance or single-photon-emission tomography. Healthy volunteers and chest pain patients who will receive electrocardiogram, biomarkers (high-sensitivity cardiac troponin, etc), or non-invasive imaging (cardiac magnetic resonance or single-photon-emission tomography) examination will be enrolled in this study.
This is a prospective, single-arm, open-label,multi-center, phase II study, aiming to evaluate the efficacy and safety of AK104 combined with preoperative chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced ESCC.
In this study, we proposed a prospective study about the effect of the automatic surveillance system on surveillance rate of colorectal postpolypectomy patients. The enrolled patients were divided into group A with intelligent surveillance system reminding though telephone and message, group B with intelligent surveillance system reminding though message, group C with manual reminder, and group D with natural state. The surveillance among the four groups were compared.
