This exploratory project will evaluate the biomechanical and functional intermediate-term outcome (2 to 5 years) after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair (ARCR) with modern non-invasive ultrasound techniques (especially shear wave elastography (SWE)), standardized physical examinations and patient-reported outcomes. It is to evaluate the biomechanical properties of tendons and muscles of the rotator cuff, as well as the biceps muscle after ARCR and to compare elasticity and structural properties to the healthy contralateral side.
The investigators retrospectively analyzed patients who underwent extraarticular corrective osteotomy of the distal radius via a palmar approach and without the use of a bone graft, even in the absence of cortical contact after corrective osteotomy. In this multi-center open-label, non-randomized phase I/II intervention study three consecutive doses of donor-derived EBV Tscm-CTLs will be administered to 10 patients with treatment-refractory EBV lymphoma, diseases or PTLDs. EBV Tscm-CTLs will derive from hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) or third-party donors.
The main aim is to evaluate the effect of TAK-861 on symptoms of narcolepsy, including excessive daytime sleepiness (EDS) as measured by sleep latency from the Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT). The study will enroll approximately 60 participants and they will be randomly assigned to 3 groups (20 per group) to take one of two different doses of TAK-861 or a placebo. All the participants will receive the treatment for 8 weeks. Participants will be asked to complete some questionnaires during the study. This trial will be conducted in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
The main aim of this study is to see how TAK-861 works on symptoms of narcolepsy, including excessive daytime sleepiness and cataplexy. Approximately 100 participants will take part in the study across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. The treatment (TAK-861 or placebo) will be administered for 8 or 12 weeks. After this treatment period the participant will have the option to participate in a separate, long- term extension study during which all participants will be treated with TAK-861.
