NCT ID: NCT05071846 Withdrawn - Solid Tumor, Adult Clinical Trials

MVX-ONCO-2 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Start date: September 2022
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

MVX-ONCO-2 is a patient-specific, cell-based, active immunotherapy where the participant's immune response to their own tumor cells is stimulated and/or increased. MVX-ONCO-2 is composed of a cell suspension of irradiated autologous tumor cells and two capsules loaded with allogenic genetically modified cells releasing an immunomodulator, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF). MVX-ONCO-2 is an evolution of MVX-ONCO-1, which was approved for clinical investigation under the same category in a phase I and a phase II clinical trials. The objectives of the trial are to investigate the safety, tolerability and signals of efficacy of MVX-ONCO-2 in participants with advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT05069259 Recruiting - Ulcerative Colitis Clinical Trials

Generate Real World Data On Tofacitinib Induction Therapy and Changes In Clinical and Patient Reported Outcomes.

KIC-START
Start date: March 28, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study is expected to contribute to the body of real-world data of tofacitinib's safety and efficacy profile in ulcerative colitis. Conventional clinical outcomes will give a better understanding of response and remission rates in a representative, post-marketing population. Regular patient questionnaires and measurement of a biomarker of gut inflammation will provide detail on how patients experience induction treatment and contextualise the efficacy data.

NCT ID: NCT05067543 Enrolling by invitation - Avascular Necrosis Clinical Trials

Perform Humeral System Study

PHS
Start date: September 12, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The purpose of this study is to collect data needed to satisfy the European Union (EU) Medical Device Regulation (MDR) clinical post-market surveillance (PMS) and reporting requirements, and to support future regulatory submissions and peer-reviewed publications on device performance and safety.

NCT ID: NCT05067283 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Advanced Solid Tumors

A Study of MK-1084 in KRAS Mutant Advanced Solid Tumors (MK-1084-001)

Start date: December 17, 2021
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a study evaluating the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of MK-1084 alone, and MK-1084 plus other combination therapies in participants with advanced solid tumors with identified kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog G12C (KRAS G12C) mutation.

NCT ID: NCT05067127 Active, not recruiting - C3 Glomerulopathy Clinical Trials

Phase III Study Assessing the Efficacy and Safety of Pegcetacoplan in Patients With C3 Glomerulopathy or Immune-Complex Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis

VALIANT
Start date: November 12, 2021
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 3 study to assess the efficacy and safety of twice-weekly subcutaneous (SC) doses of pegcetacoplan compared to placebo in patients with C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) or immune-complex membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN) on the basis of a reduction in proteinuria.

NCT ID: NCT05065307 Completed - Pain, Procedural Clinical Trials

Effect of the Format of a Video Game on Children's Experience During Venipuncture

Start date: June 21, 2021
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Anxiolysis and analgesia are of paramount importance when conducting medical procedures, particularly in children. Nonpharmacologic techniques such as distraction and hypnosis improve the patient experience when used in the correct setting and may reduce the need for medications and pharmacological sedation. Virtual reality immersion is a novel approach to anxiolysis and analgesia but the content (i.e. games) available on the market are limited in their appropriateness for age, and the lack of specific design for medical procedures. VRelief, designed using a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, hypnosis practitioners, psychologists and computer scientists specializing in the Multimodal Modelling of Emotion & Feeling may present a safe and superior alternative to a similar game presented in a video tablet format, in mitigating procedural anxiety and pain and improving the patient experience during venipuncture.

NCT ID: NCT05064358 Active, not recruiting - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Study to Investigate Alternative Dosing Regimens of Belantamab Mafodotin in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

DREAMM 14
Start date: March 3, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate alternative dosing regimens of single-agent belantamab mafodotin in participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) to determine if an improved overall benefit/risk profile can be achieved by modifying the belantamab mafodotin dose, schedule, or both.
