NCT ID: NCT03786380 Terminated - Gastroparesis Clinical Trials

Diabetic Gastroparesis Study 05

Start date: December 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This open-label study is to assess the safety of continued treatment with relamorelin for participants who previously completed the RLM-MD-03 [NCT03420781] or RLM-MD-04 [NCT03383146] study and to provide treatment for these participants until relamorelin becomes commercially available or the Sponsor terminates development.

NCT ID: NCT03785262 Terminated - Clinical trials for Urinary Tract Infections

Low Energy Surface Waves for Neurogenic Bladder Patients With Indwelling Catheters

Start date: January 30, 2019
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The Uroshield device is a commercially available device with two parts: a disposable actuator which attaches to the external portion of the catheter and a portable battery. The device sends out low-frequency ultrasound waves which run along the surfaces of the catheter. These acoustic waves prevent bacteria from adhering to the catheter and prevent the formation of biofilm. Our objective is to conduct a pilot study to determine if the UroShield device can reduce bacteriuria and catheter biofilm formation among neurogenic bladder patients with an indwelling catheter, as well as improve urinary quality of life and symptoms.

NCT ID: NCT03783923 Terminated - Clinical trials for Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy

A Study of Deflazacort (Emflaza®) in Participants With Limb-Girdle Muscular Dystrophy 2I (LGMD2I)

Start date: October 31, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of deflazacort in participants with LGMD2I. Most participants enrolled will have a screening visit and 3 additional visits (after 1, 13, and 26 weeks of treatment).

NCT ID: NCT03780543 Terminated - Chronic Hepatitis B Clinical Trials

A Study of ABI-H0731 + Nucleos(t)Ide as Finite Treatment for Chronic Hepatitis B Patients

Start date: December 20, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Open-label, extension study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of combination therapy and its effect on sustained viral response biomarkers.

NCT ID: NCT03775421 Terminated - Clinical trials for Congenital Heart Disease With Fontan Circulation

An Upcoming Clinical Study to Measure the Safety and Impact of a Drug Called Macitentan in Teenage and Adult Fontan Patients.

RUBATO OL
Start date: April 11, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this open-label (OL) trial is to study the long-term use of macitentan for up to 2 years in Fontan-palliated adult and adolescent patients beyond the 52 weeks of treatment in the parent RUBATO double-blind (DB) study (AC-055H301, NCT03153137). This OL trial studies the long-term effect of macitentan in Fontan-palliated patients as it is not known if the effect of macitentan is sustained beyond 52 weeks (end of the parent RUBATO DB study). In addition, the trial also studies the long-term safety of macitentan as this is also unknown. Furthermore, the opportunity will be given to patients who were on placebo in the parent RUBATO DB study to receive macitentan 10 mg and benefit from a potentially active treatment.

NCT ID: NCT03774914 Terminated - Multiple Sclerosis Clinical Trials

LEMTRADA Pregnancy Registry in Multiple Sclerosis

Start date: September 1, 2015
Phase:
Study type: Observational [Patient Registry]

Primary Objective: The primary goal of this registry is to assess the risk of spontaneous abortion in prospective enrolled women exposed to LEMTRADA for multiple sclerosis. Secondary Objective: The secondary goals of this registry is to assess maternal, fetal and infant outcome in women with multiple sclerosis, exposed to LEMTRADA.

NCT ID: NCT03773302 Terminated - Clinical trials for Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma

Phase 3 Study of BGJ398 (Oral Infigratinib) in First Line Cholangiocarcinoma With FGFR2 Gene Fusions/Translocations

Start date: December 27, 2019
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Infigratinib is an oral drug which selectively binds to fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) 2 and is being developed to treat participants with FGFR2 mutated cholangiocarcinoma. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the investigational agent oral infigratinib vs standard of care chemotherapy (gemcitabine plus cisplatin) in first-line treatment of participants with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic cholangiocarcinoma with FGFR2 fusion/rearrangement. Subjects will be randomized 2:1 to receive infigratinib or gemcitabine plus cisplatin.

Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the safety of LY3405105 in participants with advanced cancer. The study has two parts phase 1a and phase 1b. Participants will only enroll in one part.

NCT ID: NCT03763851 Terminated - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Cannabis Oil and Radiation Therapy for the Management of Pain

Start date: March 14, 2018
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

In this innovative approach seeking effective therapeutic strategies, the investigators are proposing to test the effectiveness of medical cannabis oil as an adjunct to palliative Radiation Therapy (RT) and Best Supportive Care to alleviate cancer pain that was only partially relieved with conventional medications. Furthermore, the investigators will assess the effect of medical cannabis oil on health-related quality of life and symptoms that are frequently associated with metastatic cancers including fatigue, anxiety, depression, insomnia and decreased appetite. The safety profile of medical cannabis oil with respect to prolonged use of more than two weeks of administration, concomitant medication use and palliative RT will also be examined.
