There are about 348 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Belarus. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The e-Ultimaster will further validate the safety and efficacy of Ultimaster DES system in unselected patients representing everyday clinical practice. Also the study will assess the impact of non-compliance with dual antiplatelet therapy, one month after stent implementation (frequently observed in every day clinical practice), on stent thrombosis.
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of omeprazole in combination with domperidone in GERD treatment for subsequent efficient pharmacotherapy of GERD. Objectives of the trial To assess the efficacy of omeprazole in combination with domperidone regarding change of incidence and severity of clinical symptoms of GERD during 8 weeks of treatment To compare the efficacy of omeprazole in combination with domperidone regarding change of incidence and severity of clinical symptoms of GERD during 8 weeks of treatment To assess the efficacy of omeprazole in combination with domperidone regarding change of incidence and severity of endoscopic symptoms of GERD during 8 weeks of treatment To compare the efficacy of omeprazole in combination with domperidone regarding change of incidence and severity of endoscopic symptoms of GERD during 8 weeks of treatment To determine the efficiency and advantages of one GERD therapy considering efficacy, safety, and individual variance of patients' reactions
This is an open label, multi-center, single arm phase II study. The study will investigate the efficacy of sodium cridanimod in conjunction with progestin therapy in a population of patients with recurrent or persistent PrR-negative endometrial cancer.
QUESTIONS AND OBJECTIVES OF ALL-MB-2008 STUDY 1. Whether the early PEG-asparaginase in induction will lead to the earlier achievement of remission, improvement of days 8 and 15 responses leading to an earlier reconstitution of bone marrow and immunocompetence, decrease of severe infections and early mortality rate? 2. Whether the use of PEG-asparaginase in induction will allow to avoid the anthracyclines in standard risk group patients and to reduce treatment myelotoxicity? 3. Whether the administration of 9 doses of PEG-asparaginase 1,000 U/m2 instead of 18 doses of E.coli L-asparaginase 5,000 U/m2 in standard risk patients will improve treatment outcome? 4. Whether the administrations of high dose methotrexate (2 g/m2 in 24 hours) during 1-st consolidation in intermediate risk patients will result in decrease of central nervous system relapse incidence and improvement of event-free and overall survival? Whether the increase of 6-mercaptopurine starting dose up to 50 mg/m2 in 1-st consolidation phase (instead of 25 mg/m2) will decrease in relapse risk, but would not be accompanied with enhanced toxicity? 5. Is it possible to completely avoid the cranial irradiation in intermediate risk patients? In some subgroup of intermediate risk patients? Is it enough to control neuroleukemia in these patients to introduce additional TIT in the consolidation phase of treatment? How will change the possible late effects in these patients according to the third arm of randomization? 6. Will the new risk group stratification to improve overall and event-free survival?
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of NU100 in patients with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) as compared to placebo and an active comparator. The primary clinical objective selected for this Phase 3 study, the cumulative number of new combined unique active lesions (CALs; defined as new gadolinium T1-weighted lesions and non-enhancing new and newly enlarging T2-weighted lesions) on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans over the course of 4 and 12 months of treatment to demonstrate the superiority of NU100 to placebo and the non-inferiority of NU100 to Betaferon®, respectively.
This study will look at the treatment effect of DiaPep277 on preservation of beta-cell function, as defined by meal-stimulated secretion of insulin. DiaPep277 is a peptide that changes the way the immune system behaves, stopping its attack on the beta-cells. Adults (>20 years) with newly diagnosed (<6 months) type 1 diabetes will be treated with 10 injections of DiaPep277 or Placebo over a 2-year treatment and follow-up period.
Picoplatin is a new type of platinum drug that has been investigated in several clinical trials, and may provide an improved safety profile over current treatment options. This study is designed to compare the efficacy and safety of picoplatin plus Best Supportive Care (BSC) with BSC alone. Best Supportive Care includes care and treatment to optimize the comfort of patients and their ability to function, as well as to minimize the side-effects of anti-cancer treatments.
The purpose of this study is to determine whether lenalidomide is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed Multiple Myeloma who are 65 years of age or older.
