The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the effects of filgotinib versus placebo for the treatment of signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) as measured by the percentage of participants achieving an American College of Rheumatology 20% improvement response (ACR20) at Week 12.
Patients who test Helicobacter pylori positive, are treated with antibiotics. However, due to a number of factors (such as unknown treatment compliance, no standardized follow-up, ...), a relative low eradication-percentage was reported. Therefore, the investigators want to measure the anticipated improvement in eradication-percentage due to the standardized treatment schedules (1st line, 2nd line and further) and the optimized communication with the general practitioner and patients.
This study will help to better characterize oral and written language disorders and determine if these disorders are continuous or not. The participants ( dyslexic and dysphasic patients and control adults) will carry out an auditory lexical decision task during which an electroencephalogram (EEG) will be recorded.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the overall response rate (ORR) of pemigatinib as a monotherapy in the treatment of metastatic or surgically unresectable urothelial carcinoma harboring FGF/FGFR alterations.
The primary objective of the study is to assess the safety and tolerability of single ascending doses of REGN2477 in healthy women not of childbearing potential.
A study to evaluate the safety of Nivolumab given in combination with Ipilimumab in patients with advanced cancers. The initial group will enroll patients with newly diagnosed Stage 4 or non-small cell lung cancer that has come back.

There are insufficient data on the safety and efficacy of edoxaban plus antiplatelet therapy in subjects with atrial fibrillation (AF) following percutaneous intervention (PCI) with stenting. This study is designed to evaluate the safety and to explore the efficacy of an edoxaban-based antithrombotic regimen versus a vitamin K antagonist (VKA)-based antithrombotic regimen in subjects with AF following PCI with stent placement. Bleeding is a central safety outcome in cardiovascular clinical trials, especially for antithrombotic strategies and invasive procedures.
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate and compare the efficacy of andecaliximab (GS-5745) in combination with nivolumab versus nivolumab alone in adults with recurrent gastric or gastroesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma.
