There are about 10460 clinical studies being (or have been) conducted in Australia. The country of the clinical trial is determined by the location of where the clinical research is being studied. Most studies are often held in multiple locations & countries.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the experimental medication BMS-986165 compared to placebo and a currently available treatment in participants with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
The objective of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and antitumor activity of oleclumab (MEDI9447) in combination with or without durvalumab plus chemotherapy in participants with metastatic pancreatic cancer.
The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effects of 28-days supplementation with a novel probiotic formulation on mental fatigue following a cognitive load in healthy adults. Half of the participants will receive the probiotic formulation while the other half will receive placebo.
The purpose of the study was to assess the efficacy and safety of tisagenlecleucel in pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients with relapsed/refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r B-NHL) including Burkitt Lymphoma and Burkitt Leukemia. For pediatric patients who have r/r B-NHL including Burkitt Lymphoma and Burkitt Leukemia, survival rates are dismal, only ~20-50% subjects are alive at 2 years with overall response rate (ORR) of 20-30% after conventional salvage chemotherapy.
The primary objective for this study is to determine the safety profile of radiotherapy and durvalumab, a PD-L1 inhibitor. Primary endpoint: Toxicity, drug pharmacokinetics (PK), maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase two dose (RPTD) of simultaneous radiotherapy plus durvalumab in patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL or FL. Secondary endpoints: - ORR - Progression-free survival - Overall survival Exploratory endpoints include description of biological effects of combination radiotherapy plus durvalumab (Imaging results, immune function, PK and PD-see 'research methodologies') and in the PET-Sub-Study, biodistribution of 89Zr Durvalumab and 89Zr-IAB22M2C.
The proposed study is designed to characterize the safety and efficacy of a new extravascular implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) system in humans.
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and reactogenicity of an intramuscular regimen of 3 doses of 2.5*10^10 viral particles (vp) of adenovirus serotype 26 based respiratory syncytial virus pre-fusion protein (Ad26.RSV.preF) vaccine in RSV-seronegative toddlers aged 12 to 24 months.
A single centre, open label, study to assess the safety, tolerability and biodegradation of PA5108 ocular implant in adults who have Open Angle Glaucoma (Primary or Secondary).
A 52-week, placebo-controlled, randomized, Phase 3 study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of seladelpar in subjects with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) and an inadequate response to or intolerance to ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) The participants might enter the ongoing open-label safety study (NCT03301506) following this double-blind study.
The purpose of this study is to descriptively evaluate the persistence among adults treated with mirabegron or antimuscarinics in Australia, South Korea and Taiwan. This study will also assess the persistence to the overall Overactive bladder (OAB) treatments of a patient, regardless of treatment discontinuation or switch to other OAB medications.
