Filter by:This single center, single arm and prospective study aimed to establish gene mutation database and select the neoantigens in patients with advanced malignant melanoma, bladder cancer and colorectal cancer. Then, we intended to explore the safety and efficacy of individual tumor antigen-sensitized DC vaccine and their sensitized T cells in these solid cancers.
The study is an observational multicenter evaluation of participants with colorectal cancer (CRC) who will receive longitudinal plasma ctDNA biomarker profiling in addition to their standard-of-care therapy and disease surveillance.
The study consists of the two parts, phase IIa and phase IIb.
Early detecting and removing of colorectal advanced adenomas can reduce incidence of colorectal cancer.Use of the fecal immunochemical test (FIT) for colorectal cancer (CRC) prevention is supported by previous studies. However existing instruments have low portability. The purpose of this study is to test the performance of a Point-of-care testing instrument for fecal Immunochemical test(FIT) .
This is an exploratory, non-controlled, multi-cohort, phase II small-sample clinical study designed to evaluate the clinical benefit of second-line treatment with anlotinib plus irinotecan or further in combination with a PD-1 monoclonal antibody (penpulimab) in patients with advanced colorectal cancer after first-line treatment failure. To explore the rationality of the combination of chemotherapy and targeted therapy and immunotherapy strategy and obtain relevant survival and safety data. The study will fully evaluate the efficacy, PFS, OS, safety and related biomarkers of the regimen.
This is a multi-centre, prospective cohort study, aiming to evaluate a blood test in early detection of the four common cancers, based on the investigation of the circulating tumour DNA (ctDNA). Primary objective: To evaluate the performance characteristics of the blood ctDNA test in early detecting cancers. Secondary objectives: - To evaluate the performance characteristics of the test in determining the origin of tumour, as compared to the findings of the imaging diagnostic tests. - To determine the risk of cancers development in the high-risk population, as compared to that in the moderate-risk group.
To prospectively study the effect of adherence to ERAS and PBM programs on early outcomes after colorectal surgery
The overall study objective of this trial study is to identify and evaluate strategies to improve the accessibility of the video education with result dependent disclosure (VERDI) model, increasingly utilized as a pre-genetic testing (pretest) education alternative in clinical practice, to better serve a more diverse patient population at risk for hereditary cancers.
The purpose of this study was to explore the 12-week effectiveness of home exercise intervention for colorectal cancer patients in improving fatigue, sleep, muscle endurance, and quality of life. A. Explore the effect of "12-week home exercise intervention" in improving the fatigue of colorectal cancer patients. B. Explore the effect of "12-week home exercise intervention" in improving the sleep quality of patients with colorectal cancer. C. Explore the effect of "12-week home exercise intervention" in improving the muscle endurance of patients with colorectal cancer. D. Explore the effect of "12-week home exercise intervention" in improving the quality of life of colorectal cancer patients.
This is a randomized phase III study with a safety lead-in part in patients with KRAS/ NRAS and BRAF Wild Type metastatic colorectal cancer who have previously received treatment with oxaliplatin, irinotecan, fluoropyrimidines, anti-VEGF agents and anti-EGFR antibodies. The main objective of the safety lead-in part is to assess safety and tolerability of futuximab/modotuximab in combination with trifluridine/tipiracil. The primary objective of the phase III part is to compare Overall Survival of futuximab/modotuximab in combination with trifluridine/tipiracil vs trifluridine/tipiracil monotherapy in patients with tumours that are KRAS/NRAS and BRAF wild-type (WT).
