NCT ID: NCT06339970 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Effects of Slider Versus Tensioners Nerve Gliding in Cervical Radiculopathy.

Start date: November 23, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study will be a randomized clinical trial in which Slider versus Tensioners Nerve Gliding Technique along with Mulligan Spinal Mobilization will be applied on the individuals with cerviculorediculopathy and changes will be recorded using different methods and tools. Convenient sampling technique will be used to collect the data. The sample size of 40 patients will be recruited. Patients will be randomly allocated into two different groups through sealed envelope method.20 patients will be allocated in each group A will be treated with Slider Nerve Gliding Technique along with Mulligan Spinal Mobilization Technique; Group B will be treated with Tensioners Nerve Gliding Technique along with Mulligan Spinal Mobilization Technique .Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Neck Disability Index (NDI) and goniometer will be used as Data collecting tools. After data collection from defined study setting, data will be entered and analyzed.

NCT ID: NCT06220799 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Impact of Craniovertebral Angle on Dizziness and Risk of Falling in Cervical Radiculopathy Patients

Start date: September 4, 2023
Phase:
Study type: Observational

-The goal of this observational study is to learn about the impact of the changes in cranio-vertebral angle on the cervicogenic dizziness and the risk of falling in the patients with cervical radiculopathy .The main question it aims to answer is: Is there an impact of the changes in cranio-vertebral angle on the cervicogenic dizziness and the risk of falling in the patients with cervical radiculopathy ? The participants will be undergone measuring the cranio-vertebral angle ,assessment of cervical proprioception and other tasks and questions through 3scales . Researchers will compare between study group and control group to see if there isimpact of the changes in cranio-vertebral angle on the cervicogenic dizziness and the risk of falling in the patients with cervical radiculopathy .

NCT ID: NCT06154993 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Comparison of Static and Dynamic Opening With Neural Sliding in Cervical Radiculopathy

Start date: August 3, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The aim of this randomized controlled trial is to determine the effects of static and dynamic opening with neural sliding in patients with cervical radiculopathy for reducing pain, enhancing cervical range of motion and improve functional status.

NCT ID: NCT06102304 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Myo-Electrical and Nerve Root Function Response to Focused Extracorpeal Shock Wave in Cervical Radiculopathy

Start date: September 6, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

BACKGROUND: Upper limb nerve root dysfunction with increased active myofascial trigger point in upper trapezius is common problem in patients with cervical radiculopathy. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Extracorpeal shock wave on the myo-electric and nerve function responses in patients with cervical radiculopathy.

NCT ID: NCT06069362 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Predictors of Response to Manual Physiotherapy Using Somatosensory Profiles in Patients With Cervicobrachial Pain

Start date: April 20, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to investigate about the characteristics that predict response to physiotherapy treatment in patients with nerve related neck arm pain. The main question to answer is whether there is a subgroup that responds better to physiotherapy treatment. Participants will be assessed for clinical and neurophysiological characteristics prior to treatment. Afterwards they will receive 6 sessions of manual physiotherapy treatment along with home nerve gliding exercises once a week. Baseline measurements will be taken again after treatment to know if there have been any changes.

NCT ID: NCT06043934 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Neural Mobilization With Intermittent Cervical Traction on Grip Strength, Sleep Quality, and Quality of Life in Cervical Radiculopathy

Start date: September 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Cervical radiculopathy commonly called "pinched nerve," occurs when a nerve in the neck is compressed or irritated where it branches away from the spinal cord. This may cause pain that radiates into the shoulder and/or arm, as well as muscle weakness and numbness.

NCT ID: NCT06040047 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Prediction of Cervical Radiculopathy Success With PNF and Mobilization

Start date: September 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this predictive interventional study is todetrmine clinical predictors for success with combined proprioceptive neuromusclualr faciitaion (PNF) and passive mobilization ain patients with cervical radiculopathy (CR).

NCT ID: NCT06028958 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Global Postural Re-Education And Neck Isometric Exercises In Cervical Radiculopathy RADICULOPATHY

Start date: July 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Cervical radiculopathy is a common neurological disorder that is caused by compression of the nerve, inflammation of nerve roots, or space-occupying lesions. Cervical radiculopathy is the most common health-related problem worldwide. The conservative approach like education, specific exercises, and spinal manipulation is usually given for chronic cases with good outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT05854108 Recruiting - Quality of Life Clinical Trials

Comparison of Cervical Traction Versus Snag to Improve Pain and Quality of Life in Cervical Radiculopathy

Start date: April 1, 2023
Phase: N/A

For the wellness by Comparing of Cervical Traction Versus Snag to reduce Pain and improve Quality of Life in Cervical Radiculopathy

NCT ID: NCT05812625 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Cervical Radiculopathy

Myo-kinetic Stretching Versus Post-isometrics Relaxation Exercise With Traction in Patients of Cervical Radiculopathy

Start date: March 10, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this clinical trial is to examine the effectiveness of Myo-kinetic stretching exercises versus post-isometric relaxation exercise in patients with cervical radiculopathy. Convenient sampling technique will be used to enroll the patients. Patients will be screened on the basis of pre formulated eligibility criteria. Written Consent will be taken from each patient for participation in the trial. The calculated Sample size of this study will be 68 calculated through Epitool. Group A will receive conservative baseline treatment consisted of hot pack therapy for 10 minutes and traction for 8 minutes. Myo-kinetic stretching exercises and group B will receive conservative baseline treatment and post-isometric relaxation exercise. The assessment of patients will be done at baseline, 4th and 8th week. The outcomes from patients will be calculated by using Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS), Goniometer and Neck Disability Index. The comparison between pre-treatment and post-treatment data will be done after 8th week. Data will be analyzed through SPSS 25.
