Filter by:This study leverage a multi-center randomized controlled trial assessing screening-related benefits (i.e. early tumor detection, treatment eligibility, and overall survival) among a racially and socioeconomically diverse population of patients with cirrhosis. However, the randomized controlled trial was not budgeted to assess hepatocellular carcinoma screening-related harms. The goal of this study is to quantify physical, financial, and psychosocial harms across three healthcare settings.
This Phase 3 study evaluates the safety and efficacy of cabozantinib in combination with atezolizumab versus the standard of care sorafenib in adults with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have not received previous systemic anticancer therapy. A single-agent cabozantinib arm will be enrolled in which subjects receive single agent cabozantinib in order to determine its contribution to the overall safety and efficacy of the combination with atezolizumab.
This is a prospective, multi-centre, open label, stratified, exploratory phase II study evaluating the efficacy and safety of durvalumab plus tremelimumab in different cohorts of patients with thyroid cancers.
This is a multicenter, single arm, prospective, open-label phase II trial investigating the clinical activity of peri-interventional treatment with the anti-PD1 antibody pembrolizumab in HCC patients who are candidates for local ablation via either radiofrequency ablation (RFA) or microwave ablation (MWA) or brachytherapy or combination of TACE with RFA, MWA or brachytherapy.
This is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending dose escalation study to define a MTD/RD and regimen of XmAb23104, to describe safety and tolerability, to assess PK and immunogenicity, and to preliminarily assess anti-tumor activity of XmAb23104 monotherapy and combination therapy with ipilimumab in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors.
Phase 1 trial to study the safety, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of STRO-002 given intravenously every 3 weeks.
This is a phase IIB, national, randomized, double-blinded, comparative, multi-center study, to assess the efficacy of Olaparib as maintenance after a platinum based chemotherapy in patients with Advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer
This phase II trial studies how well pemetrexed and avelumab work in treating patients with MTAP-deficient urothelial cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Pemetrexed may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving pemetrexed and avelumab may work better in treating patients with MTAP-deficient urothelial cancer.
Smart Matrix is a sterile, single layer dermal replacement scaffold. The scaffold consists of a porous matrix of cross-linked human fibrin plus alginate that has been designed and optimised to facilitate wound closure and healing through cellular invasion.
This study aims to compare the diagnostic accuracy of Contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) for diagnosing hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with that of gadoxetic acid-enhanced liver magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) using non-invasive diagnostic criteria (American Association for the Study of Liver Disease (AASLD or Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (LI-RADS) v2018 and Korean Liver Cancer Study Group- National Cancer Center Korea (KLCSG-NCC) v2018).
