NCT ID: NCT03756051 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Carcinoma, Hepatocellular

Harms of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Surveillance

Start date: April 1, 2018
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study leverage a multi-center randomized controlled trial assessing screening-related benefits (i.e. early tumor detection, treatment eligibility, and overall survival) among a racially and socioeconomically diverse population of patients with cirrhosis. However, the randomized controlled trial was not budgeted to assess hepatocellular carcinoma screening-related harms. The goal of this study is to quantify physical, financial, and psychosocial harms across three healthcare settings.

NCT ID: NCT03755791 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Study of Cabozantinib in Combination With Atezolizumab Versus Sorafenib in Subjects With Advanced HCC Who Have Not Received Previous Systemic Anticancer Therapy

COSMIC-312
Start date: June 10, 2018
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This Phase 3 study evaluates the safety and efficacy of cabozantinib in combination with atezolizumab versus the standard of care sorafenib in adults with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who have not received previous systemic anticancer therapy. A single-agent cabozantinib arm will be enrolled in which subjects receive single agent cabozantinib in order to determine its contribution to the overall safety and efficacy of the combination with atezolizumab.

NCT ID: NCT03753919 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Thyroid Cancer

Durvalumab Plus Tremelimumab for the Treatment of Patients With Progressive, Refractory Advanced Thyroid Carcinoma -The DUTHY Trial

DUTHY
Start date: April 2, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a prospective, multi-centre, open label, stratified, exploratory phase II study evaluating the efficacy and safety of durvalumab plus tremelimumab in different cohorts of patients with thyroid cancers.

NCT ID: NCT03753659 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

IMMULAB - Immunotherapy With Pembrolizumab in Combination With Local Ablation in Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

Start date: May 9, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a multicenter, single arm, prospective, open-label phase II trial investigating the clinical activity of peri-interventional treatment with the anti-PD1 antibody pembrolizumab in HCC patients who are candidates for local ablation via either radiofrequency ablation (RFA) or microwave ablation (MWA) or brachytherapy or combination of TACE with RFA, MWA or brachytherapy.

NCT ID: NCT03752398 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

A Study of XmAb®23104 in Subjects With Selected Advanced Solid Tumors (DUET-3)

DUET-3
Start date: May 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending dose escalation study to define a MTD/RD and regimen of XmAb23104, to describe safety and tolerability, to assess PK and immunogenicity, and to preliminarily assess anti-tumor activity of XmAb23104 monotherapy and combination therapy with ipilimumab in subjects with selected advanced solid tumors.

NCT ID: NCT03748186 Active, not recruiting - Ovarian Cancer Clinical Trials

Study of STRO-002, an Anti-Folate Receptor Alpha (FolRα) Antibody Drug Conjugate in Ovarian & Endometrial Cancers

Start date: February 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

Phase 1 trial to study the safety, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of STRO-002 given intravenously every 3 weeks.

NCT ID: NCT03745950 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Endometrial Carcinoma

UTOLA: UTerin OLAparib

UTOLA
Start date: February 1, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase IIB, national, randomized, double-blinded, comparative, multi-center study, to assess the efficacy of Olaparib as maintenance after a platinum based chemotherapy in patients with Advanced or metastatic endometrial cancer

NCT ID: NCT03744793 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma

Pemetrexed and Avelumab in Treating Patients With MTAP-Deficient Metastatic Urothelial Cancer

Start date: April 11, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This phase II trial studies how well pemetrexed and avelumab work in treating patients with MTAP-deficient urothelial cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Pemetrexed may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as avelumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving pemetrexed and avelumab may work better in treating patients with MTAP-deficient urothelial cancer.

NCT ID: NCT03742726 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Study Assessing the Safety and Performance of Smart Matrix®

Start date: October 12, 2018
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Smart Matrix is a sterile, single layer dermal replacement scaffold. The scaffold consists of a porous matrix of cross-linked human fibrin plus alginate that has been designed and optimised to facilitate wound closure and healing through cellular invasion.

NCT ID: NCT03742453 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Hepatocellular Carcinoma
