Filter by:This is a multi-center, open-label, Phase 0 substudy designed to evaluate the ability of pembrolizumab, alone and in combination with MK-0482 or MK-4830, to elicit pharmacodynamic changes suggestive of antitumor immune activation within the native tumor microenvironment (TME) following intratumoral microdosing via the CIVO device in patients with surface accessible Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC) or Soft Tissue Sarcoma (STS) lesion(s) who are scheduled for tumor and/or regional node dissection as part of their standard treatment.
This study is a multicenter, non-interventional, retrospective, medical chart review of locally advanced or metastatic (la/m) Urothelial Cancer UC participants who were prescribed avelumab as first line maintenance therapy after a platinum-based chemotherapy. This study aims to understand the index date (i.e., at the initiation of avelumab maintenance therapy) demographics and clinical characteristics of participants with locally advanced/metastatic Urothelial Carcinoma in Japan, and to describe their treatment patterns and outcomes.
The burden of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) in China is substantial, with 85% of the cancers being in the progressive stage. The treatment for advanced ESCC are extremely limited, and immunotherapy, represented by PD-1 inhibitors, has demonstrated a promising application potential. However, the effectiveness of PD-1 inhibitors varies significantly among patients with different types of ESCC, and currently, there is no effective method to predict the response to PD-1 inhibitors. In this study, investigators aim to construct a multimodal deep learning-based model to predict the level of immune infiltration and the efficacy of immunotherapy for ESCC, integrating both pathological image features and clinical information of patients with ESCC, thereby enhancing the level of individualized and precise treatment for ESCC.
The study evaluated the protein expression levels of FK506-binding protein 12 (FKBP12) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and paracancerous tissues using immunohistochemistry (IHC). This study aimed to determine the role of FKBP12 in the outcome of liver transplantation recipients with HCC, especially those exceeding the Milan criteria. In addition, we explored how sirolimus administration affected LT recipients'prognosis depending on different FKBP12 expression, aiming to provide some advice for clinical sirolimus application after LT.
This is a prospective study to investigate the biomarkers in predicting treatment outcome and toxicity in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients receiving immune checkpoint inhibitors with or without stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT).
The goal of this observational study was to explore the safety and efficacy of short course hypofractionated radiotherapy combined with Raltitrexed and Tislelizumab in the treatment of patients with relapsed or advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
To find out if the combination of repotrectinib and fulvestrant can control the disease in participants with metastatic invasive lobular carcinoma.
This study is an open-label, multicenter, single-arm Phase II clinical study to evaluate the effectiveness of Cadonilimab(AK104) in Combination With Lenvatinib and Hepatic Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy (HAIC) for the Treatment of Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma
Background: High-grade neuroendocrine carcinomas (HGNEC) are cancers that develop in different parts of the body, including the digestive tract, genitals, neck, and head. One drug (belinostat), combined with 2 other drugs (etoposide and cisplatin), is approved to treat HGNEC. But some people may have a gene variant that affects how quickly their body gets rid of the drug; these people may do better with different dosages of belinostat. Objective: To test higher or lower doses of belinostat based on gene variants in people with HGNEC. Eligibility: People aged 18 years and older with HGNEC. Design: Participants will be screened. They will have a physical exam with blood tests. Some blood will be used for genetic testing. They will have imaging scans and a test of their heart function. Samples of tumor tissue may be collected. All 3 study drugs (belinostat, etoposide, cisplatin) are given through a tube attached to a needle inserted into a vein. Treatment will be given in 21-day cycles. For cycles 1 through 6: Participants will come to the clinic for the first 4 days. They will be given all 3 drugs. Imaging scans and other tests will be repeated. Each visit will last 4 to 8 hours. After cycle 6: Participants may continue treatment with belinostat alone. They will come to the clinic for the first 3 days of each cycle. They may continue treatment for up to 5 years if the drug is helping them. Participants will have a follow-up visit 30 days after their last dose of belinostat. Then they will receive follow-up visits by phone or email every 3 to 6 months.
This study is a phase II clinical study to explore the efficacy and safety of BL-B01D1 + PD-1 combination therapy in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma.
