Filter by:This study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination of Camrelizumab (Immunotherapy, PD-1 inhibitor), Fluzoparib (PARP inhibitor) and Nab-paclitaxel in neoadjuvant therapy of Her-2 negative breast cancer patients with HRR gene mutation.
Research background: Neratinib is an irreversible pan HER tyrosine kinase inhibitor, which belongs to one of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI). In the non pCR HER2 positive breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant therapy, there is no study on macromolecular anti HER2 drugs combined with TKI drugs to treat HER2 positive breast cancer patients after neoadjuvant therapy. In addition, there is no prospective randomized controlled study results of trastuzumab combined with patuzumab versus trastuzumab combined with TKI drugs for HER2 positive breast cancer patients with RCBI-II after new adjuvant treatment. To sum up, this study is intended to design and evaluate the efficacy and safety of trastuzumab combined with nelatinib in the treatment of hormone receptor positive HER2 positive breast cancer RCBI-II patients after the new adjuvant treatment of trastuzumab combined with patouzumab. Objective: This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of trestuzumab combined with nelatinib in the adjuvant treatment of breast cancer patients with hormone receptor positive HER2 positive RCB I-II after the neoadjuvant treatment of trestuzumab combined with partuzumab. Trial design: Single center, randomized controlled phase III clinical study. Study content: Study content: The qualified subjects will be randomly (1:1) treated with the following scheme: Treatment plan: Experimental group: Trastuzumab combined with nelatinib Control group: Trastuzumab combined with Parstuzumab Nilatinib: Take 240 mg (6 tablets) orally once a day, which can be taken with food every 21 days as a cycle. After surgery, it starts to be used together with trastuzumab, and stops the next cycle when trastuzumab treatment is completed. Trastuzumab: loading dose 8mg/kg, maintenance dose 6mg/kg, intravenous infusion, once every three weeks, with a total of 18 cycles during the new adjuvant treatment. Patuzumab: loading dose 840mg/kg, maintenance dose 420mg, intravenous infusion, once every three weeks, with a total of 18 cycles during the new adjuvant treatment. Observation index: main index: Invasive disease free survival (IDFS) refers to the time from randomization to the first occurrence of local or distant disease recurrence or death. Secondary indicators: 1. Disease free survival (DFS): refers to the time from randomization to disease recurrence or death due to disease progression. 2. Overall survival (OS): the time from randomization to death from any cause. 3. Distant disease free survival (DDFS): the time when no metastatic lesion was found in other places except the primary lesion after treatment. 4. Incidence and severity of adverse events
The study is being conducted to evaluate the Famitinib with Camrelizumab plus treatment of physician's choice (TPC) versus Camrelizumab plus TPC in Patients with Unresectable Locally Advanced or Metastatic Immunomodulatory Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the impact of acupuncture in preventing worsening of hot flashes and sleep disorders in paucisymptomatic premenopausal Breast Cancer (BC) patients undergoing LHRHa plus endocrine therapy. According to the published data, acupuncture is an effective and long-lasting (6 to 8 months) treatment for severe vasomotor symptoms. Treatment response can be affected by different variables, including intervention timing. The main question this study aims to answer is: Can we expect an additional benefit resulting from an early intervention (when patients are still presymptomatic/paucysintomatic) with acupuncture in preventing worsening in terms of frequency/severity of hot flashes and sleep disorders? Researchers will compare patients randomized in two arms: Arm A: intervention with acupuncture Arm B: usual care to see if acupuncture is superior to usual care in preventing worsening of hot flashes

The trialed investigational medical imaging device is a low-power microwave breast imaging system for cancer screening purposes. It is an active device which uses non-ionizing radiation. Microwave imaging is an emerging imaging modality for the early detection of breast cancer. The physical basis of microwave imaging is the dielectric contrast between healthy and cancerous breast tissues at the microwave frequency spectrum. This study is a pilot Clinical Evaluation of a microwave imaging system (Wavelia #2) for Breast Cancer Detection. The clinical data that will be collected in the context of this study is intended for the assessment of the imaging diagnostic capability and the safety of the investigational device.
This phase I/IIa trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of chemokine modulation therapy (CKM) (rintatolimod, celecoxib, and interferon alpha 2b) in combination with pembrolizumab for the treatment of patients with triple negative breast cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) or that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). CKM drugs such as rintatolimod and interferon alpha 2b work to modify the immune response and tumor-related processes, including tumor cell growth, blood vessel growth, and metastasis. Celecoxib is an anti-inflammatory drug that can cause cell death and may reduce the growth of blood vessels tumors need to grow and spread. Immunotherapy such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving CKM therapy prior to pembrolizumab may direct the immune cells to the cancer cells and maximize the effectiveness of pembrolizumab in patients with metastatic or unresectable triple negative breast cancer.
To learn if providing a 3-D printed model of the breast can help breast cancer patients make decisions related to their care. During this study, some study participants will receive the 3-D printed model and some study participants will receive traditional breast imaging scans to learn if the 3-D printed model
This study evaluates whether adding a polygenic risk score evaluation to standard breast cancer risk assessment tools helps African American and Hispanic women make more informed decisions about accepting additional breast cancer screening and prevention strategies. Traditional breast cancer risk assessments rely mostly on the presence of standard clinical risk factors including family history, reproductive history, and mammographic breast density. This information can be combined with validated risk estimation models to provide a measure of a patient's 10 year and lifetime risk for breast cancer. A polygenic risk score helps to estimate breast cancer risk in a more individualized way by evaluating a patient's genetics. Adding a polygenic risk score evaluation to traditional screening techniques may help minority women make more informed decisions about screening and prevention strategies for breast cancer.
