View clinical trials related to Breast Neoplasms.
Filter by:The purpose of the project is to set up a national, prospective, longitudinal, multicenter cohort study with associated satellites, a tumor registry platform, to document uniform data on characteristics, molecular diagnostics, treatment and course of disease, to collect patient-reported outcomes and to establish a decentralized biobank for patients with breast cancer in Germany.
This randomized phase III trial studies how well hypofractionated radiation therapy works in preventing recurrence in patients with stage IIa-IIIa cancer who have undergone mastectomy. Hypofractionated radiation therapy delivers higher doses of radiation therapy over a shorter period of time and may kill more tumor cells that remain after surgery and have fewer side effects.
This research study is studying a drug called Carboplatin with or without another study drug, Nivolumab as a possible treatment for triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body. The interventions involved in this study are: - Carboplatin - Nivolumab
This research study is studying a combination of drugs as a possible treatment for breast cancer. The drugs involved in this study are: - Group A: Trastuzumab (Herceptin) + Vinorelbine (Navelbine) - Group B: Trastuzumab + Vinorelbine + Avelumab - Group C: Trastuzumab + Vinorelbine + Avelumab + Utomilumab (PF-05082566)
This study will investigate the null hypothesis that use of antioxidant supplements during adjuvant chemotherapy will have no impact on toxicities and disease-free, as well as overall, survival, and also evaluate the role of polymorphisms in genes related to oxidative stress in relation to treatment outcomes.
This two-phase research plan will develop and test a culturally relevant, web-based patient education program, hereafter known as E-Talkcare. The intervention aims to empower Chinese cancer patients to effectively communicate with different providers in different healthcare settings.
This is a pilot study, the principal investigator plans to enroll 14 patients. If 2 or more responses are documented, the principal investigator will consider to start a new phase II study. If there is less than 2 responses in the 14 patients, it is unlikely that Eribulin will produce 15% or more response rate in patients with active brain metastases, thus indicating no need to study further. Based on Poisson distribution, there is 38% probability of observing 1 or 0 response even if the underlying response is 15%. There is no null hypothesis, hence no p-value of significance.
This is a prospective, single arm, open label, multicenter interventional study designed to evaluate the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy with anti-HER2 antibodies in patients with HER2-negative invasive breast cancer who have abnormal HER2 signaling activity determined by the Celcuity CELx HER2 Signaling Function (HSF) testing.
A Phase II Study of Pyrotinib in Metastatic HER2 Non-amplified But HER2 Mutant Breast Cancer
The study was designed to evaluate the feasibility and safety of hypofractionated partial breast irradiation after breast-conserving surgery for low-risk breast cancer patients.
