An intervention program involving education, guidance, counseling, case management and surveillance based on the Health Belief Model will be implemented on women with high risk of breast cancer. The impact of the breast cancer risk reduction program on participation in breast cancer screenings, health beliefs (health motivation, sensitivity, fear of breast cancer) and behaviors (physical activity, nutrition, health responsibility, genetic counseling) will be evaluated in the study.
This is a phase II study assessing the activity and safety of metronomic chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide and capecitabine and vinorelbine in advanced breast cancer patient in four different cohort of patients: 1. Untreated (naïve) patients with endocrine responsive disease 2. Pretreated patients with endocrine responsive disease 3. Untreated (naïve) patients with triple negative disease 4. This is a phase II, open-labeled, multi-centered,single-arm, Investigator-initiated clinical trial of camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 antibody) in combination with apatinib (a VEGFR2 TKI) and eribulin mesylate in patients with advanced triple-negative breast cancer. We will enroll 46 subjects (Simons two stage design). This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of camrelizumab combined with apatinib and eribulin in the treatment of advanced TNBC.

This study is a randomized, double-Blind,international multi-Centre, phase III clinical study to evaluate efficacy and safety of HLX10 in combination with chemotherapy versus placebo in combination with chemotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy and HLX10 versus placebo as adjuvant therapy in previously untreated and potentially resectable patients with TNBC and without distant metastasis. Eligible subjects in this study will be randomized to Arm A or Arm B at 2:1 ratio as follows: Arm A (HLX10 arm): HLX10 + chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel carboplatin) (4 cycles) → HLX10 + chemotherapy (doxorubicin or epirubicin cyclophosphamide) (4 cycles) → surgery → HLX10 (9 cycles) Arm B (placebo arm): Placebo + chemotherapy (nab-paclitaxel carboplatin) (4 cycles) → Placebo + chemotherapy (doxorubicin or epirubicin cyclophosphamide) (4 cycles) → surgery → Placebo (9 cycles) The three stratification factors for randomization include: lymph node metastasis (yes or no), size of primary tumor lesion (T1/T2 or T3/T4), asian population (yes or no).
