Filter by:The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of tucatinib in combination with trastuzumab and capecitabine in participants with unresectable locally advanced or metastatic HER2+ breast cancer who have had prior treatment with taxane anti-cancer agent, trastuzumab, pertuzumab and trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1). The primary hypothesis is that the confirmed objective response rate (cORR) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors version 1.1 (RECIST v1.1) as determined by independent central review (ICR) for the combination of tucatinib, trastuzumab and capecitabine, is greater than 20%.
The study is intended to show superiority of AZD9833 in combination with palbociclib (a CDK4/6 inhibitor) versus anastrozole (an aromatase inhibitor) and palbociclib as the initial treatment of patients with hormone receptor-positive (ER-positive), human epidermal growth factor 2-negative (HER2-negative) advanced/metastatic breast cancer. INFORMATION FOR TRIAL PARTICIPANTS In this trial, the researchers will look at how well camizestrant with palbociclib works, compared with anastrozole with palbociclib, in participants with breast cancer that has either spread into other parts of the body at the time of diagnosis, or has come back after at least 2 years of standard endocrine treatment. Participants in this trial will have breast cancer that has ER proteins but does not have overexpression of HER2 protein.
This research is evaluating the impact of a 12-week prolonged nightly fasting (POF) and exercise intervention on metabolic markers and patient reported outcomes in women with metastatic breast cancer (MBC) initiating endocrine therapy in combination with palbociclib or alpelisib.
This clinical trial studies use of F-18 16 alpha-fluoroestradiol ([F-18] FES) positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) in measuring tumor hormone receptor expression in patients undergoing endocrine-targeted therapy for newly diagnosed breast cancer or breast cancer that has come back or spread to other places in the body. Comparing results of diagnostic procedures done before, during, and after hormone therapy may help measure a patient's response to treatment.
- The surgical method for breast cancer is determined according to the size and location of the remaining lesions after prior chemotherapy. - There are many patients who were able to undergo partial resection when confirming the final results of patients who underwent total resection after prior chemotherapy. - Therefore, we would like to investigate whether it is effective to make decisions based on the results of pre-operative tests after prior chemotherapy.
This study plans to explore the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combined with inetetamab and PD-1 inhibitors in HER2 positive advanced breast cancer who failed to receive trastuzumab and TKIs, and explore the dominant population of dual antibody combination to further guide the precise and individualized treatment of advanced HER2 positive breast cancer.

This study will investigate the relationship between the endocrine therapy and the survival of patients with hormone receptor positive intraductal carcinoma of the breast, and the optimal duration of medication. This study will also analyze the risk factors of recurrence and metastasis of hormone receptor positive intraductal carcinoma of the breast and establish a prognosis model to further clarify the specific reasons for recurrence and metastasis, adverse reactions, and drug withdrawal in patients with hormone receptor positive intraductal carcinoma of the breast after endocrine therapy.
This trial studies long term follow-up care in patients with stage 0-IIIC breast cancer. Collecting feedback from breast cancer patients may help researchers to define comprehensive long term follow-up care for breast cancer survivors, better understand health-related quality of life and long-term complications in breast cancer survivors, and to increase the knowledge of the mechanisms by which a patient's own immune system attempts to combat breast cancer, and what factors may make this response more successful.
