Filter by:The purpose of this study is to assess whether expression of not only POLQ/Polθ, but also Shieldin complex and/or 53BP1 are correlated with primary and/or acquired resistance to PARPi (Poly(ADP-Ribose) Polymerases inhibitors) in a sub-population of locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer patients and vary regarding type and location of gBRCA1/2 mutations. This translational research program is composed of two multicentric, non-randomized prospective studies in patients with HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer: - The main study concerns 80 patients eligible for PARPi (according to the investigators).PARPi treatments (talazoparib or olaparib) will be administered and dosed according to the standard of care administration. - The sub-study concerns 40 patients in progression disease under PARPi alone. For each included patient in the main study or sub-study, tumor biopsy specimen and blood samples will be collected at different times during the study.
A Study of XMT-1660 in Solid Tumors
The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the quality of life of premenopausal participants with Hormone Receptor (HR) positive and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2 (HER2) negative breast cancer who are receiving, in addition to triptorelin, an endocrine cancer treatment. The study will also get more information about: - the effectiveness and safety of triptorelin; - the relationship that could exist between the characteristics of the disease and the treatment chosen by the Investigator.
Previous clinical studies with the MarginProbe (MP) system demonstrated the MP System diagnostic accuracy for identification of cancerous/abnormal tissue at the margins (≤ 1mm) of the ex-vivo lumpectomy specimen. The current study is a prospective data collection study with the enhanced technology, the MP2.0 System and is aimed at collecting data to optimize the system algorithm/procedure and to subsequently validate the system to demonstrate non-inferiority to the MP1.x system. In this study, MP2.0 system will be used on ex-vivo lumpectomy specimens at the Operating Room (OR). The study will collect a library of case information data using the MP2.0 system in sequential cohorts of a minimum of 50 subjects until the software and procedure are optimized. The final analysis sample size will be determined and outlined in the SAP based upon the results of the optimization stage.
TAORMINA is an international, multicentre, randomised phase 3 trial for patients with oligometastatic breast cancer (OMBC) that will be allocated to combined stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR) + systemic therapy (investigational arm) versus systemic therapy alone (control arm) as 1st line therapy.
This clinical trial examines an investigational scan (64Cu-DOTA-trastuzumab positron emission tomography [PET]/magnetic resonance imaging [MRI]) in imaging patients with HER2+ breast cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastasis). Diagnostic procedures, such as 64Cu-DOTA-trastuzumab PET/MRI, may help find HER2+ breast cancer that has spread to the brain and determine whether cancer in the brain takes up trastuzumab, which may predict for response to trastuzumab deruxtecan (the standard of care chemotherapy).
An open-label, single center study with 99mTc-ADAPT6 and 99mTc-DARPinG3 SPECT and biopsies of primary tumour in HER2-positive Breast Cancer before system (chemo/targeted) therapy, where the primary endpoint of the study is to compare imaging properties of 99mTc-ADAPT6 and 99mTc-DARPin G3 SPECT in HER2-positive breast cancer patients.
Identify the prevalence and predictors of reactance, self-exemption, disbelief, source derogation in reaction to evidence about mammography benefits and harms, and consequences for decision-making and trust.
This is a Phase III, a randomized, double-blind, parallel , multi-center trail to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TQB3616 capsules plus fulvestrant compared to placebo plus fulvestrant in participants with estrogen receptor-positive, HER2-Negative Advanced Breast Cancer. Approximately 287 women will be randomized to either TQB3616 plus fulvestrant or TQB3616-matching placebo plus fulvestrant. Randomization will follow a 2:1 randomization ratio, the experimental is 191; the Placebo Comparator is 96.
This is an open-label, single cohort study to confirm dose, assessments and timing of response, to support future studies. The primary objective of the trial is to evaluate cutaneous tumor response within total target treatment field to REM-001 therapy assessed using standardized digital photography
