Study of Eribulin in Combination With Anti-PD-1 Antibody in Patients With Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

Start date: January 1, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the efficacy of Eribulin in Combination With Anti-PD-1 Antibody in Patients With Metastatic Triple-Negative Breast Cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05401942 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Breast Cancer Female

Real-time Tele-monitoring Versus Routine Monitoring of Breast Cancer Patients Receiving Adjuvant Systemic Therapy

Start date: June 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Patients with breast cancer receiving systemic therapy have a variety of symptoms. In cancer patients receiving chemotherapy and targeted therapy, it is common to report symptoms to physicians before each cycle of systemic therapy and planning maintenance and treatment applications accordingly. Nowadays tele-monitoring of patient reported outcomes using mobile applications is used widely. These applications provide many advantages to the patient, physicians, and health care system because patients report the symptoms experienced and helps contribute to the quick management of the symptoms and improve the adherence to treatment, decrease the frequency of dose delays and dose reduction of their treatment.

NCT ID: NCT05401877 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Factors Affecting Rehabilitation Time for Postoperative Complications Among Breast Cancer Patients

Start date: May 1, 2021
Phase:
Study type: Observational

Breast cancer patients who had undergone surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy suffered from complications, including shoulder stiffness, lymphedema and scar contracture. These symptoms impaired one's ADL function. Rehabilitation may relieved symptoms. However, it is difficult to estimate how long one should receive rehabilitation. The study is trying to establish a machine-learning based model in order to predict the period of rehabilitation.

NCT ID: NCT05401643 Completed - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Evaluation of the Impact of a Multidimensional ICT Intervention on the Quality of Life of Breast Cancer Survivors

Start date: November 1, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

mACMA is a pilot study that is developed for breast cancer survivors of the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona. The objective of this study is to evaluate the progress in quality of life through the introduction of a mobile phone App that allows for symptom tracking, physical activity tracking and a calendar of patient-oriented events organized by patient organizations. This study is a two-arm randomized clinical trial. This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under grant agreement No 875351.

NCT ID: NCT05400993 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Study of Chidamide Combined With Chemotherapy in Neoadjuvant Treatment of HR+/ HER2-BC

Start date: May 23, 2022
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

Neoadjuvant therapy for HR+/HER2- breast cancer is dominated by anthracycline combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy. Aggressive neoadjuvant chemotherapy can only achieve pCR in about 10% of PATIENTS with HR-positive breast cancer. The emergence of new targeted drugs brings new life and hope to HR-positive breast cancer patients.Basic studies have shown that the abnormal state of epigenetics is associated with the metastasis of drug resistance and recurrence of tumor histone deacetylase (HDAC) is an important regulator of epigenetic regulation, and drugs targeting HDAC provide a new strategy for tumor therapy. The ACE study suggests that selective HDAC inhibitor chidamide in combination with endocrine therapy significantly improves survival benefit in patients with hr-positive HER2-negative advanced breast cancer who relapsed or progressed after endocrine therapy, providing a new treatment option for these patients. In conclusion, we hypothesize that neoadjuvant therapy with chidamide combination therapy provides a better strategy for patients with HR + /HER2 - breast adenocarcinoma.

NCT ID: NCT05400941 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Health Care Utilization

Aim 3, Adapting and Implementing Evidence-based Breast Cancer Follow-up in Primary Care

Start date: June 1, 2024
