ATLANT
Start date: April 1, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

The ATLANT study is prospective, multicentre, non-interventional, observational study. Patients with HR+/HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer received abemaciclib as monotherapy or in combination with endocrine therapy.

NCT ID: NCT05787834 Recruiting - Breast Carcinoma Clinical Trials

Home-based Respiratory Muscle Training for Minimizing Side Effects in Patients Undergoing Treatment for Breast Cancer

Start date: October 16, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This clinical trial evaluates whether home-based respiratory muscle training is useful for minimizing side effects in patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer. Over-activation of the nervous system during breast cancer treatment can result in heart- and lung-related side effects which have the potential to reduce a patient's quality of life. Aerobic exercise can help prevent the development of these side effects. However, engaging in regular aerobic exercise may be difficult for breast cancer patients who are actively undergoing treatment. Respiratory muscle training (RMT) involves a series of breathing and other exercises that are performed to improve the function of the respiratory muscles through resistance and endurance training. Home-based RMT may represent a more feasible approach for reducing side effects in patients undergoing treatment for breast cancer.

NCT ID: NCT05787249 Enrolling by invitation - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Improving Utilization of Supplemental Breast MRI Screening for Women With Extremely Dense Breasts

Start date: October 4, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this study is to increase MRI utilization among women with extremely dense breasts. The main question it seeks to answer is whether nudging of the provider, patient, or both increases the uptake of MRI among this group, and whether this effect differs between Black and White women.

NCT ID: NCT05786664 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Anatomic Stage III Breast Cancer AJCC v8

Breast Cancer Survivorship Biorepository

Start date: April 11, 2022
Phase:
Study type: Observational

This study collects blood samples as well as clinical and self-report data from stage I-III breast cancer survivors to create a biorepository for future use. The creation of this biorepository will allow for future research into links between individual, molecular, and genomic signatures and cancer outcomes.

NCT ID: NCT05786014 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The Effects of Two Exercise Interventions on Breast Cancer Patients Undergoing Cardiotoxic Chemotherapies

Start date: April 1, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The purpose of this study is to determine if exercise preconditioning can mitigate the off target effects of chemotherapy treatment on measures of cardiovascular function, inflammatory responses, and quality of life.

NCT ID: NCT05782686 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Impact of Systematic Shaving on Margins

Start date: October 7, 2020
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The objective of this clinical trial is to demonstrate the reduction of positive margins in the definitive pathology of patients undergoing breast-conserving surgery with the systematic shaving technique compared to conventional surgery, and the reduction of second interventions for margin enlargement.

NCT ID: NCT05782504 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Patient-centered Breast Cancer Teleprehabilitation

BC-PREHAB
Start date: January 30, 2023
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

Surgery, the cornerstone of most cancer treatments, is associated with considerable postoperative complications. Adjusting patients' health behavior before surgery may have beneficial effects on postoperative outcomes. Women (n=50) who will undergo breast surgery because of stage I-III breast cancer are eligible. All participants will receive multimodal patient-centered teleprehabilitation comprising of motivational interviewing, education, exercise therapy, and stress management.

NCT ID: NCT05781633 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Mammary Neoplasms, Human

The Efficacy and Safety of Eutideron, Etoposide, and Bevacizumab in Patients With Brain Metastases From Breast Cancer.

Start date: July 20, 2022
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

This study was a single-arm, open-label, phase II study of breast cancer patients with brain metastases. Eligible patients received a regimen of eutidrone(30mg/m2/d,iv,d1-5,21d/cycle), etoposide(30mg/m2/d,iv,d1-3,21d/cycle), and bevacizumab (10mg/kg,d1,21d/cycle).At least 4 to 6 cycles were administered, and if patients had a response or stable disease, bevacizumab was used as maintenance therapy until disease progression or intolerable toxicity.

NCT ID: NCT05780814 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

The Effects of Treating Insomnia on Behavioral Weight Loss Outcomes in Survivors of Breast Cancer

COIN
Start date: February 1, 2024
Phase: N/A
Study type: Interventional

The investigators propose a randomized controlled clinical trial in 250 women with a history of early stage breast cancer who are overweight or obese with insomnia to test whether a brief, cognitive-behavioral intervention for insomnia (CBT-I) prior to behavioral weight loss (CBT-I+BWL) is superior to a sleep education control (EDU) condition followed by behavioral weight loss (EDU+BWL). The investigators will measure outcomes at baseline, 8 weeks (after completing CBT-I or EDU and prior to BWL), and at 3, 6, and 12 months.

NCT ID: NCT05780567 Recruiting - Breast Cancer Clinical Trials

Clinical Study on Adjuvant Therapy of TQB3616 Combined With Endocrine Therapy Compared With Placebo Combined With Endocrine Therapy in Patients With Breast Cancer

Start date: March 30, 2023
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase III, randomized, double-blind, parallel, multi-center trail to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TQB3616 capsule combined with endocrine compared to placebo compared with endocrine in HR-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer adjuvant therapy. Approximately 1946 female subjects will be randomized to either TQB3616 combined with endocrine group or TQB3616-matching placebo combined endocrine group. Randomization will follow a 2:1 ratio, 1297 subjects in experimental group and 649 in the the Placebo Comparator group.
