Inclusion Criteria: - WOMEN OVER 40 YEARS, UTERINE VOLUME HIGHER THAN 300 ML, MINIMAL ANATOMIC CONDITIONS FOR VAGINAL SURGERY Exclusion Criteria: - ACTIVE GYNECOLOGIC MALIGNANCY |
