NCT ID: NCT06466395 Not yet recruiting - Clinical trials for Refractory Acute Leukemia

A Phase I Study of Hyper-CVAD In Combination With Venetoclax In Pediatric Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Acute Leukemias That Are of the Lymphoid Lineage Including Bi-Phenotypic or Undifferentiated Leukemias

Start date: December 31, 2024
Phase: Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

To find the recommended dose of hyper-CVAD in combination with dasatinib and venetoclax that can be given to participants with relapsed or refractory leukemia.

NCT ID: NCT05805605 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Myelodysplastic Syndromes

Allo HSCT Using RIC and PTCy for Hematological Diseases

Start date: May 1, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a Phase II study following subjects proceeding with our Institutional non-myeloablative cyclophosphamide/ fludarabine/total body irradiation (TBI) preparative regimen followed by a related, unrelated, or partially matched family donor stem cell infusion using post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCy), sirolimus and MMF GVHD prophylaxis.

NCT ID: NCT05316701 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Precision-T: A Randomized Study of Orca-T in Recipients Undergoing Allogeneic Transplantation for Hematologic Malignancies

Orca-T
Start date: June 21, 2022
Phase: Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of Orca-T, an allogeneic stem cell and T-cell immunotherapy biologic manufactured for each patient (transplant recipient) from the mobilized peripheral blood of a specific, unique donor. It is composed of purified hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs), purified regulatory T cells (Tregs), and conventional T cells (Tcons) in participants undergoing myeloablative allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant transplantation for hematologic malignancies. This posting represents the Phase III component of Precision-T. The Precision-T Ph1b component is described under NCT04013685.

NCT ID: NCT04191187 Active, not recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Reduced Intensity Flu/Mel/TBI Conditioning for HAPLO HCT Patients With Hematologic Malignancies

Start date: December 6, 2019
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single arm, phase II trial of HLA-haploidentical related hematopoietic cells transplant (Haplo-HCT) using reduced intensity conditioning (fludarabine and melphalan and total body irradiation). Peripheral blood is the donor graft source. This study is designed to estimate disease-free survival (DFS) at 18 months post-transplant.

NCT ID: NCT02991898 Terminated - Multiple Myeloma Clinical Trials

Adoptive TReg Cell for Suppression of aGVHD After UCB HSCT for Heme Malignancies

Start date: February 16, 2017
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a single center pilot study of a non-myeloablative umbilical cord blood transplant for the treatment of a hematological malignancy with a single infusion of T regulatory (Treg) given shortly after UCB transplantation.

NCT ID: NCT01012492 Completed - AML Clinical Trials

Pilot of Abatacept-based Immunosuppression for Prevention of Acute GvHD During Unrelated Donor HCT

Start date: November 2009
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The primary objective of the study is to determine the safety and tolerability when adding abatacept to acute Graft versus Host Disease in transplants for malignant diseases using unrelated donor bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cell grafts.
