The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of PRA023 in participants with moderately to severely active Ulcerative Colitis. The purpose of Cohort 2 of the study is to assess the safety and efficacy of PRA023 in participants with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who are companion diagnostic positive. After the completion of the 12-week induction, all participants have the option to continue in the open-label extension for another 38 weeks.

Vedolizumab is a medicine that helps to reduce sensitivity and pain in the digestive system for participants with UC or CD. In this study, adults with UC or CD will be treated with vedolizumab according to their clinic's standard practice. Participants will receive vedolizumab as either an infusion or an injection just under the skin (subcutaneous). The main aim of the study is to observe real-world treatment patterns in participants treated with vedolizumab. The study sponsor will not be involved in how participants are treated but will provide instructions on how the clinics will record what happens during the study.

PLASOMA Ultimate Safety & Efficacy Study

The purpose of the PULSE study are the followingL A.To perform post market clinical follow up (PMCF) on safety and efficacy: 1. Safety: To confirm transient short-terms side effects and verify long-term/outstanding risks. 2. Efficacy: To confirm the performance of PLASOMA, i.e. the beneficial effect on bacterial load. B. Determine the effect of PLASOMA on wound surface area. A secondary purpose is to examine the beneficial effects of PLASOMA on wound healing and to perform a health technology assessment (HTA). This clinical study will be an open label two-armed randomized controlled trial (RCT), performed at at least three sites (multi-center) in the Netherlands. The two arms are: 1. Control group: Standard wound care for 12 weeks or until healing, whichever occurs first; 2. Treatment group: Standard wound care + PLASOMA treatment for 12 weeks or until healing, whichever occurs first. The frequency of PLASOMA treatment will be determined by the treating (para)medical professional based on the number of visits they would schedule for the standard wound care at the study site. For all study subjects, the treatment frequency will be at least once per week (in order to have enough treatments for safety evaluation) and should not exceed once per day. Follow up (FU) will be performed at three timepoints for both arms: - FU1: 2 weeks after end treatment period - FU2: 12 weeks after end treatment period - FU3: 12 months after start treatment.

The object of the study will be children and adolescents from 6 to 15 years old, living in the city of Tashkent and in the Tashkent region. We will study patients with various clinical forms of chronic gastroduodenal pathology (CGDP). The effect of enteral oxygen therapy in the recovery of patients with CGDP due to the positive effect of the active form of oxygen on the hematological system and on the regenerative processes in the gastrointestinal tract will be studied. At the same time, the effect of enteral oxygen therapy on enhancing the effectiveness of eradication therapy during the treatment of carrier Helicobacter pylori due to the neutralization of the products of urea hydrolysis around bacteria under the action of reactive oxygen species will be studied.
