View clinical trials related to Triple-Negative Breast Carcinoma.
Filter by:This phase II trial tests whether panitumumab and pembrolizumab in combination with standard of care chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant) works to shrink tumors in patients with stage III-IV triple negative breast cancer. Panitumumab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as paclitaxel, carboplatin, doxorubicin, and cyclophosphamide work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving panitumumab and pembrolizumab in combination with neoadjuvant chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells in patients with triple negative breast cancer.
This phase Ib/II trial studies the best dose of glembatumumab vedotin when giving together with nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with solid tumor that has spread to other places in the body and cannot be removed by surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as glembatumumab vedotin, nivolumab, and ipilimumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of talazoparib and heat shock protein (HSP)90 inhibitor AT13387 when given together in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) or ovarian, fallopian tube, primary peritoneal, or hormone negative breast cancer that have come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Talazoparib and HSp90 inhibitor AT13387 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some enzymes that are need for cell growth. HSp90 inhibitor AT1338 may also help talazoparib work better by making tumor cells more sensitive to the drug.
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of talazoparib in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (metastatic) and cannot be removed by surgery and liver or kidney dysfunction. Talazoparib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
