Filter by:In this study, we planned to identify transcriptome expression profiles (circRNAs, lncRNAs, and mRNAs) from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of 30 patients with OPLL and 30 other non-OPLL patients by high-throughput sequencing.Sequence analysis was used to predict miRNAs that might bind circRNAs and lncRNAs.Through bioinformatics analysis, competitive endogenous RNAs (cerRNAs), as well as coexpression networks among circRNAs, lncRNAs, miRNAs, and mRNAs, were constructed to provide key molecules and signaling pathways associated with OPLL.
This study aims to analyze the multi-omics results between uterine cervical adenocarcinoma patients with and without human papillomavirus (HPV) infections. The multi-omics profiles include genome wide association study (GWAS), whole exome sequencing, analysis of transcriptomics and metabolomics. The HPV integration status is interpreted by GWAS. A comprehensive multi-omics will reveal the role of HPV integration in the molecular mechanism of tumorigenesis and prognosis of uterine cervical adenocarcinoma.
The primary purpose of this study is to support the development of a host response test for acute respiratory illness to identify bacterial, viral or NB/NV etiologies as compared to a clinical adjudication reference standard. Secondary objectives include: 1. Evaluate the effect of age on the performance of the HR-ARI test 2. Evaluate the effect of race/ethnicity on the performance of the HR-ARI test 3. Evaluate the effect of geography on the performance of the HR-ARI test
