NCT ID: NCT06366347 Not yet recruiting - Endometrial Cancer Clinical Trials

ALPINE: Maintenance Letrozole/Abemaciclib vs Pembrolizumab

Start date: September 2024
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

A standard treatment for endometrial cancer is chemotherapy and pembrolizumab together followed by pembrolizumab maintenance for two years. This treatment regimen has shown benefit in terms of delaying cancer progression in prior clinical trials, but the benefit of the pembrolizumab maintenance treatment and whether all participants need it is unclear. This research is being done on the maintenance portion of treatment to compare the efficacy between the combination of letrozole + abemaciclib and pembrolizumab alone following chemotherapy and pembrolizumab. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: - Abemaciclib (a type of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor) - Letrozole (a type of aromatase inhibitor) - Pembrolizumab (a type of monoclonal antibody)

NCT ID: NCT06158399 Recruiting - Clinical trials for DLBCL - Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

AZA Combined With RCHOP in P53-mutated DLBCL.

Start date: November 22, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of Azacitidine in combination with R-CHOP (ARCHOP) for the treatment of TP53-mutated previously untreated Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

NCT ID: NCT05778149 Not yet recruiting - NSCLC Clinical Trials

Safety and Efficacy of Aumolertinib Combined With Anlotinib as 1st Line Treatment in Advanced Lung Cancer EGFR Mutation With TP53 Co-Mutation

Start date: March 31, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

The goal of this open, single-arm, exploratory phase II clinical study is to exploratory safety and efficacy in 1st line treatment in advanced lung cancer EGFR mutation with TP53 co-mutation. 47 patients are scheduled to be enrolled. Treatment regimen is aumolertinib 110mg p.o QD and Anlotinib 12mg oral for 2 weeks, three weeks a cycle, until disease progression or intolerable adverse reactions or death.

NCT ID: NCT05735717 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Acute Myeloid Leukemia

MT2021-08T Cell Receptor Alpha/Beta Depletion PBSC Transplantation for Heme Malignancies

Start date: May 11, 2023
Phase: Phase 2
Study type: Interventional

This is a phase II, open-label, prospective study of T cell receptor alpha/beta depletion (α/β TCD) peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) transplantation for children and adults with hematological malignancies

NCT ID: NCT05528354 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Venetoclax and Decitabin Based Conditioning Regimen Followed With Post-HSCT Decitabin Maintenance Therapy in TP53 Mutant AML/MDS Patients

Start date: June 2, 2022
Phase: Early Phase 1
Study type: Interventional

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Venetoclax and Decitabin based conditioning regimen followed with post-HSCT Decitabin maintenance therapy in TP53 mutant AML/MDS Patients.

NCT ID: NCT04123392 Recruiting - Clinical trials for Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Decitabine + BUCY vs BUCY Conditioning Regimen for TP53+ Myeloid Tumors Undergoing Allo-HSCT

Start date: October 2019
Phase: Phase 2/Phase 3
Study type: Interventional

Recent studies have demonstrated that allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) could be a valuable treatment choice for TP53+ myeloid tumors, such as acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome. Unfortunately, some patients relapsed after allo-HSCT. In this prospective randomized controlled study, the safety and efficacy of Decitabine + BUCY and BUCY myeloablative conditioning regimens in TP53+ myeloid tumors undergoing allo-HSCT are evaluated.
